Good location for Munich.

Nice place just wish we could take some fruits or muffins to go as we paid for breakfast but had an early flight. Otherwise then that we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, good staff

Room was okay. Clean and safe. Great public transportation in the area.

Fantastic short stay for a family of 3. Spacious family room that was bright, modern very clean. Good sized bathroom with everything that was needed. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite. The hotel was very quiet despite being by a main route into Munich. Public transport was easily accessible with a bus stop right outside and a short journey to the Ubahn station.

We arrived to what looked a closed hotel, maintenance of gardens is lacking Check in was fine however one of the rooms I booked was wrong, I asked for a twin room but got a queen room instead, even though my room choice was confirmed prior to arrival Rooms are ok, old fashioned shower over the bath, you can’t plug the kettle in as the table is to high and the plug won’t fit, so had to use the floor, however worst of all no dining options what so ever, 3 choices all closed on a Sunday, absolutely ridiculous Expedia you need to make this clearer in your ad, as if I knew this I would not have booked here, we had to go out and try find diner elsewhere, have you tried parking in Munich on a Sunday, it’s crazy!! Rooms have had wooden floors added, makes the rooms above very noisy, it felt like we had elephants moving about all through the night Overall this was a bad choice and thankfully we are only staying one night, I would have checked out if I was staying longer. I am sure there are so many better options around Munich If you are staying Sunday I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Nice budget friendly hotel, definitely a ways out of the city center. But the area is nice, and lots of transit options close by!

Horrible experience. I had a booking where I knew I would arrive late and asked to hold the room, which they did and I didn’t ask for any refund for the 2 additional days that I was not going to be there. When I checked in, they said my room was not ready, they couldn’t find the reservation and when finally they found it the front desk told me my booking was actually moved one day so I would be able to check out one day late. Which I didn’t need but a good offer for a late check out, thought it’s nice. And I asked him 3 times if that’s the case and he said yes it is. So the day before when I left all my stuff knowing that I had the time and just in case checked with the front desk that I will be late to return is the system still showing I have one more day to check out, he said yes. I went for work, and midday got a call saying I am over staying and it was my fault for assuming that I have one more day based on the front desk personnel’s word. They lied and asked me for written proof. I explained what happened to the manager and she was like, well it is a mistake from the front desk but it’s your (my) fault that I trusted them. So now I should pay another $650 euro to 1 more day. I got angry and asked my wife to take everything and go to the lobby for checkout and not to pay a dime for any additional day. They were practically trying to scam by lying and making me stay longer and then trying to charge for extra days at insane rate. Also, the pictures shown is not real.

i enjoyed the staff and interacting with them. the hotel could have had more amenities but i understand the level of hotel it is.

Time of stay the hotel unaware of total people staying (which was detailed as 2 adults and 1 child on the Expedia booking therefore the room had not been setup for this so had to request further bedding (which I will note was provided) but I was unclear how the booking being made had not been specific to this. Also to note the bedding (duvet covers) did not fit the bed ie single duvet size bedding for a double size bed? So again had to request further bedding again? Not sure why double bedding would not be on a double size bed? Noise then was a significant concern on both the Friday and Saturday nights as there was clearly activity outside of the premises where there were celebrations of some sort which went into the early hours of the morning - even with a child who was wide awake as the noise was significant even with the window closed - whilst this activity isn’t the fault of the hotel it made the stay unpleasant. The team that worked on the duration of my stay were pleasant as I had interaction with a few of the team.

The bar at hotel was great and had a fun atmosphere. Room was clean and had everything we needed. It’s right near a bus that you can take to the train station. It was pretty easy to navigate

Great staff. As an American visiting Munich, I walked about 20minutes to the subway and was in the center of Munich rather quick. Staff was great to me and there was always one person there that spoke English. Nice bar and restaurant on premises.

My only complaint is that there were inly paper cups, not tea cups or mugs in the room which felt a little unwelcoming.

Ideally located, staff swapped our room as original room safe not working. Very friend and approachable staff. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The shower only has half a shower door so water gets all over the floor. The AC unit DOES NOT work, at all! We set it as low as it would go and we were still sweating ours butts off all night. So much sweat that we were soaking the bedding. The unit sounded like it was on but no air was actually coming out and that was the case for both of the rooms we had. Other than that the hotel was nice and clean.

Very small rooms and showers. The tubs are slippery but the service was great I just wouldn’t stay here again
