Very disappointed with this stay. I paid for a superior room - which should mean you get a room with air conditioning, however upon arrival, was told they had allocated all of those rooms. I was then put in a standard room, but still charged superior prices. In that room, the shower leaked, flooding the bathroom floor, and the room was filled with baby flies - hundreds of them all over the net curtains. The room was at the end of the corridor, and the WiFi signal was poor. I had to hotspot from my phone instead. I asked for an iron and was told they didn't provide them - even though on the website it states they do. All in all, was a disappointing stay.

Nice hotel for the price. Clean rooms, friendly staff. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast buffet was great and good food in the restaurant too. Only some rooms are available with air conditioning and the beds aren't what we're used to in North America either.

Das Hotel bietet kostenlose Parkplätze und befindet sich in einer Industriegegend, was für Geschäftsreisen praktisch ist. Besonders positiv ist die Minibar mit kostenfreien Getränken wie Cola und Wasser. Kostenlosen Kaffee gibt es offiziell nur bei parallel stattfindenden Tagungen, jedoch zeigte sich das Personal sehr entgegenkommend und bereitete mir auch ohne Tagung freundlich einen zu. Weniger zufrieden war ich mit der Schalldämmung: In einer Nacht war es aufgrund des laufenden Fernsehers und sogar hörbaren Schnarchens aus dem Nachbarzimmer sehr laut. Die Wände sind deutlich zu dünn. Insgesamt ein solider Aufenthalt mit Licht und Schatten.

We hadden bij de reservering aangegeven dat we een kamer met douche wilde, maar niet een douche in het bad. Bij aankomst hadden toch een kamer met de douche in het bad. Na reclamatie kregen we toch een gewenst kamer. Het restaurant was gesloten, maar een bestelling kon gebracht worden in de aankomsthal waar enige tafeltjes stonden. Het eten was goed, maar de ambiance kil en koud.

Vi var fem mennesker. 2 voksne og 3 børn. Vi fik et værelse med dobbeltseng og et værelse med en enkeltseng. Efter en snak med receptionisten fik vi et nyt værelse med dobbeltseng og en babyseng. Der står der er ladestander, men der var kun 3 ud af 10 der virkede og de 3 var optaget, selvom hotellet mente de var ledige
