What a lovely area and a truly special hotel. We have never been to this part of Germany and it was really a treat visiting here. The hotel was close to the lake and in a park like setting. The furniture was extremely modern and attractive. Beds were large and comfortable. Bathrooms light and clean. Interesting shower doors! Breakfast was wonderful. Truly enjoyed our stray and loved the outdoor patio. Terrific hotel

A lovely hotel in a lovely area. The hotel was near the town and close to the beautiful lake. It was a quiet place to stay, as it seemed to be for people convalescing.
The hotel was very clean and super comfortable. A particularly comfortable bed. Our room had a balcony looking out onto trees, it was such a treat to wake up to such a view. The breakfast was varied with lovely breads, hot and cold items and delicious coffee.

I stayed at this hotel on a stopover on my journey from Denmark to Amsterdam. I'm so glad I found this hotel on hotels.com because I will be making quite a few trips back and forth to DK from the UK in the future and this place is just perfect. It is immaculately clean, the stylish rooms are equipped to a high standard, the staff are courteous and efficient and the environment around the hotel is lovely. It is also ideally located, being a short journey to and from the motorway. Plenty of parking spaces too. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel but they do serve food such as pizza (delicious) and snacks in the bar area. Hot and cold buffet breakfast served in the attractive dining room, helped my day get off to a great start. I don't usually do reviews but I was so impressed that I thought it was deserving on this occasion. Highly recommended, I'll be back!

Bad Zwischenahn is my home town though it has been decades since I lived there. When I recently had to stay in Bad Zwischenahn for a family event, I decided to book this NordWest location for my wife and me.
In a nutshell, we really liked this hotel. Everything from the room, the staff, the food, the location, everything was simply wonderful.
The room was comfortable. While we had a balcony, we never got to use it since it was quite cold during our stay. The room was on the small side as many European hotel rooms are when compared to US accommodations. The bathroom was wonderful with ample room in the shower and ample counter space. The bed was comfortable though a bit awkward for a king size bed being that it was made up of two separate mattresses with individual duvet comforters; one for each person.
Another highlight for us was the daily breakfast. A variety of food was available each day including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, a large choice of breads and rolls, jams, jellies, cereals, fruit, yogurt and much more. Each day the service was excellent.
We will gladly stay here again the next time our travels require a stay in Bad Zwischenahn.

Driving in Maputo is dangerous adventure. Nobody adheres to the road laws & parking anywhere. The island beaches are the clean ones with the Maputo over populated. Beers are readily available and seafood is cheap and available. One has to try the fish market experience next to Game store - end of Julius Nyerere Avenue. Safety in Maputo is not a concern and nite life starts at midnite. Girassol Bahia is a good hotel though staff are at sea with the English language except for a few. This is general area of concern in Maputo. The hotel needs to introduce seafood for their buffet breakfast, selection is limited. Rooms are spacious and clean. TV reception for English channels a bit hazy.

Wir waren nach zwei Jahren wieder einmal im NordWest-Hotel Bad Zwischenahn. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren, wie schon beim Besuch davor, tadellos sauber. Wir haben auch das von uns gewünschte Zimmer erhalten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffett war gut und reichhaltig. Die Lage ist für uns sehr gut. Nicht im Zentrum, das Zentrum ist aber fußläufig in 15-20 min zu erreichen.
