Fun. the location is very strategic, the front of the hotel there is a MRTI train station and the bus stop. the bus to get to the airport is in front of the hotel. incidentally there is a lot of front of the hotel event selling food and beer. happy deh. the rooms are big enough for european hotel size.

one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. room has no figobar, the bathroom is open to the room with the sink right next to the bed, the shower door has a plastic seal at the bottom that you have to hold up in order for the door to close, water leaked outside the shower box and into the room, you can hear A LOT of noise from the other rooms (specially dragging furniture around and slamming doors shut, to the point of constantly shaking your bed), lobby always super crowded, blackout curtains didn't go all the way to the bottom, so a lot of light would come in, ar conditioning wasn't strong enough, the room was supposed to have a king bed, but had 2 single beds pushed together that kept separating if you moved a bit. honestly, the only 2 good things about this hotel are the location and the view, other than that, it is all really bad!

Good base to see the sights of Berlin.
Very large hotel but no problem with noise at night! No tea in the room only coffee. The toilet didn’t feel very private and the door only pulled to!

The room was small. A couple of issues that were solved quickly. The bathtub was really high and was difficult to get out of. No door between the room and the tub. Just a curtain.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room is small, but as I was travelling by myself and not spending a ton of time in the hotel it was perfect for what I needed. The location also ended up being very convenient, as there are lots of public transportation and food options near by.

Dirty towel on arrival, no shower cream in the bathroom and a hole in the bedding. Just one complaint after another. Breakfast wasn’t the best and we never bothered with it again. Never again will I stay in this hotel

So much potential here but it was disappointing, The location is very central but I wouldn’t say that I felt particularly safe. The room was way too warm and the air con practically none existent, We complained and got moved twice!! Same issue throughout. (Btw we’re not normally complainers but it was too much!!!) Housekeeping was worst we’ve ever experienced……minimal at best. On the plus side, their staff at reception are great. I’m afraid that’s it!! Won’t stay there again!

Very disappointed with this property. Pros: location is great if you want to be central to Alexanderplatz and top attractions; clean, relatively comfortable. Cons: lobby - there is none! The lobby is a shared space with a walk through to the square, tourist shop, Burger King. There is a small self service shop with drinks and snacks and a restaurant/bar, but NO PLACE TO SIT, essentially, no real lobby area. Bathroom: instead of an enclosed bathroom there is a toilet room and the shower and sick are open to the room. The option for privacy is a shower curtain-like (or hospital curtain) that pulls around the sink/shower area. Ugly, flimsy, and does not work well. If left open, the wall between the shower and toilet room is a frosted glass so you can literally see the person sitting on the toilet! Finally, the shower alternated quickly between burning hot and cold without warning or trying to adjust. I opted not to bathe the last day as it was so unbearable!!
