Ich hatte 3 sehr schöne Tage im Precise Resort, mein Zimmer mit Seeblick war fantastisch. Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Der Saunabereich war zeitweise recht voll, obwohl das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war. Bademantel und Handtuch lagen im Zimmer bereit. Vom Hotel kann man einen tollen Spaziergang in den Ort und zum Schloss machen, ca. 2 km, größtenteils am See entlang.

We stayed at the hotel for a short getaway. The property was clean and well organized concerning the COVID situation. Unfortunately the restaurant was mediocre at best and we had no hot water for almost half of our stay.

Wir konnten Vergleiche anstellen da wir gerade Aus Kühlungsborn kamen und dann Müritz Beim Frühstück fragte man leider nie nach ob noch was fehlt und alles gut ist und an beiden morgen fanden wir offene Marmelade und sogar Jogurt mit auf unserem Tablett. Das geht gar nicht. Ordnungsamt ahoi wenn da ein Doofer neu ist und auch ecklig muss ich zugeben. Schade. Auch beim Abendessen wäre es schön wenn etwas mehr “ Zugabe “ möglich wäre. Ebenso hatten wir 1 Hochzeitstag was das Hotel wusste. Eine Rose oder Teller Obst wäre schönes Anzeichen gewesen .... Rezeption super Service !

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel in einer sehr schönen Anlage. Die Mitarbeiter freundlich - Corona bedingt ,haben sie sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Die Wartezeiten im Restaurant waren zu lang ( zu wenig Personal). Wohlfühlen und entspannen konnte man sich aber auf jeden Fall und den Tag nach einem leckeren Frühstück genießen.

Great lake views, comfy beds, delicious breakfast buffet. Rheinsberg is less than 2 km away. The hotel temporarily didn't accept credit or debit cards while I was there and their wifi isn't as reliable as I had wished. Still, I would strongly recommend staying there.

Pictures don't lie this is a beautiful hotel and grounds, very nice staff members (although most don't speak sufficient English), wonderful breakfast, good food in the restaurant downstairs, fun pool, nice gym (note - no treadmills), great ice cream in the bistro next to the beach, boat rentals (staff there is also very nice+speaks English), access to lake beach... but... rooms feel outdated with no AC (not needed outside temperature wise but the rooms can get humid without); Internet/wifi – inaccessible or super slow most of the time; housekeeping – we don't usually give such a review but here they deserve it : bad . We ran out toilet paper – did not bother to put in a new role; bread crumbs on the carpet – two days to clean or vacuum; number of towels only matched the number of guests on the first day; wet bathrobes – were taken but new ones were not put in place; an empty plastic bag on the floor behind the sofa – was never picked up, etc. etc. we booked two rooms. feelings were mutual.

Das Ambiente ist wirklich empfehlenswert für eine Auszeit vom Alltag. An der Willkommenskultur kann noch gearbeitet werden. Fehlende vorbereitete Betten für die angemeldete Anzahl der Reisenden sowie teils flapsige Kommunikation durch das Personal hinterlassen leider einen ausbaufähigen Eindruck. Auf Grund der Umgebung und des Wellnessangebotes starten wir trotzdem sicherlich nochmal einen zweiten Versuch.

Das Hotel ist grosszügig gebaut und bietet viel Platz. Wir hatten Zimmer 101, sehr schön mit toller Aussicht. Das Spa ist auch toll, könnte ein bisschen mehr Atmosphäre vertragen. In der Dampfsauna muss man sehr aufrecht sitzen. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und lecker. Wir haben auswärts gegessen, da die Pizza Night nicht unserem Geschmack entsprach und auch die Bewertungen nicht so euphorisch sind. Im "Ratskeller" ist man wunderbare Brandenburger Speisen, wie Fontanes Rindsschmorbraten mit herrlich abgeschmälzten Kartoffelpuffern - sehr freundlich serviert.

Personal sehr Hilfreich und zuvorkommend, jedoch hatten wir Anfangs ein Zimmer bei dem man die Nachbarn hören könnte. Wir wurden anschließend in ein ruhigeres Zimmer umgebucht. Der kurzurlaub war sehr schön in Rheinsberg.
