This is a really nice hotel with excellent food and a nice atmosphere. The staff are friendly. If you book a solo room, your bed will likely be even smaller than a twin size bed and a tiny room, but overall was nice and there is a nice bar. It is an older traditional German setting with nice art. Evening restaurant is excellent, as well as the breakfast buffet. I did not try the spa but that seemed popular. This is also the only hotel that I've ever seen that gives you a free bottle of schnapps when checking out as a gift. Will be back.

Nice hotel, had a meal at the hotel and staff very helpful as we couldn't read German. Good breakfast, wide selection. Offered a choice of gifts on check out - we chose the schnapps. Staff professional, friendly and well dressed.

Man fühlt sich schon beim Eintritt zu Hause. Personal unwahrscheinlich freundlich Zimmer sind schön Frühstück Spitze Restaurant ebenfalls einfach nur zu empfehlen Werde immer wieder kommen

Die Zimmer sind super, das Hotel ist sehr sauber durch das Hallenbad und dem beheizten Pool kann man bei jedem Wetter baden und nicht zu vergessen, dass sehr freundliche und hilfbereite Personal. Wir waren schon 4x in diesem Hotel und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein großes Hotel mit mehreren Gebäuden, wodurch teilweise längere Wege zum Restaurant etc zurückzulegen sind. Leider nicht überall barrierefrei. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schön gestaltet, das Zimmer war groß und die Betten komfortabel. Der Außenpool ist angenehm groß und gut beheizt mit schöner Liegewiese. Das Wlan war im Zimmer sehr schlecht. Die Qualität des Frühstücksangebots bei Wurst und Käse könnte besser sein und die Auswahl um Fisch ergänzt werden ( 1 Tag gab es Lachs, 1 Tag Matjessalat). Der Service beim Frühstück war sehr gut. Allerdings ist der Service in dem Restaurant verbesserungsbedürftig. Da wir keine Halbpension gebucht hatten, bestellten wir das in der Karte angebotene Menu. Dabei warteten wir auf das Hauptgericht 40 Minuten und am nächsten Tag sogar eine Stunde. Auf unsere mehrfachen Nachfragen bei der Bedienung bekamen wir die Auskunft, es sei eine Hochzeit dazwischengekommen und es dauere eben. Beim Auschecken bekamen wir dann dafür als Entschuldigung ein Präsent. Das Hotel liegt in einem Bereich ohne Geschäfte oder Restaurants, daher ist man auf ein Auto oder den Bus - die Haltestelle ist direkt gegenüber - angewiesen.

Ganz tolles Hotel oberhalb von Friedrichshafen mit guter Busanbindung und sehr nettem, freundlichem Personal. Meine Freundin und ich waren in je einem Einzelzimmer untergebracht, das allen unseren Ansprüchen voll genügte. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir sind voll auf unsere Kosten gekommen und es war alles super lecker und sehr ansprechend präsentiert. Das Personal war überall extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Wellnessbereich/Schwimmbad hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir beide können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.
