Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren absolut sauber. Das Frühstück (Buffet) war sehr vielfältig und es wurde sofort aufgefüllt, sobald etwas fehlte. Wir waren zum 1.Mal hier und wir werden definitiv den nächsten Urlaub wieder hier buchen.

We booked this hotel en route to Denmark. We were travelling with our three year old child also.
The hotel was relatively easy to find, with plenty parking. We phoned ahead as we're running late - which turned out to be a wise thing as reception closes at 8pm. When we arrived, we found the staff to be friendly, they spoke English (which saved us from using our pigeon German and/or bad sign language) and we were given directions to our room which was in one of the annex buildings.
Our room was on the ground floor and was quite spacious, very clean and had its own wee bit of the terrace/patio. The only downside was the extra bed - when we booked through Expedia, the child's bed was described as a rollout, however, when we got there we found a cot instead. But using our brains, we figured how to turn it into a toddler bed (which our little one just fit into) and the wee one certainly had a good nights sleep.
Breakfast was served in the restaurant on the first floor and was full of good choices - kept us going until lunchtime!

If you don't golf, we would not recommend staying at this property. When we arrived it was quite crowded and it was not easy to park. We had to get a second room, as the first one was a climb of several flights of stairs. The restaurant food was nothing to write home about. We stayed here thinking it would be convenient to the Travemunde ferry, which it was not. It was quite far away. Again, if you don't golf, don't stay here is all I can say. Not worth it.

You can't fault the room, from its huge windows, wonderful view over the golf course, the large spacious lounge. You can't fault the staff, the reception and restaurant staff were friendly and outstanding. You can and will fault the WiFi, from its time consuming porthole to its lack of ability to work, the management or owner should be ashamed to think they offer WiFi. As a travelling family we need WiFi to book our ongoing trip and booked this hotel on the fact it advertised WiFi. Upgrade this dinosaur, it's only fair to your brilliant staff , they don't deserve to hear the complaints about a service that barely exists.

Man durfte aber nicht genauer hinsehen, kaputte Leisten, schmutzige Wände. Es gab leider keine Minibar im Zimmer, man musste sich die Getränke auf der anderen Straßenseite selbst im Restaurant holen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber ziemlich unbeholfen bei besonderen Anliegen. Die Putzkräfte waren am Morgen sehr laut und haben mehrfach geklopft.
Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis daher für das Hotel zu teuer.

Leider etwas enttäuschend das Gesamtpaket.
Zimmer zwar groß, wir hatten aber eine Family Maisonette gebucht. Leider gab es keine verdunkelungsvorhänge, somit war es dadurch sehr hell in den Schlafzimmern und sehr warm. Dazu kam das Plissees an den Fenstern nachträglich angebracht waren, und leider die Balkontür oder die Fenster nicht komplett geöffnet werden konnten. Dachgeschossfenster rastete nicht ein, somit keine Chance offen stehen zu lassen. Die Verdunkelung auch leicht aus den Schienen…nicht Resort like
Aber Badezimmer war sehr sauber und modern, der Rest ok. Man kann sagen die Wärme fehlte in der Einrichtung.
Das Frühstück als Buffet war zwar eine ausreichende Auswahl, aber es wurde nicht vernünftig aufgefüllt und somit hatte man keine Eier keine Croissants, der Lachs war abgegrast usw. und wurde leider auch nicht aufgefüllt.Auf Nachfrage hieß es nur „muss ich dann eben Eier kochen“…Kaffeeautomat fiel des öfteren aus. Und für ein Buffet der Raum deutlich zu klein und zu eng…Angebot und Service für ein „Golfresort“ leider mangelhaft…
Personal war sehr freundlich, jedoch etwas überfordert an der einen oder anderen Stelle, schade

Die Lage des Hotels direkt auf dem Golfplatz und in einer ruhigen kleinen Siedlung hat uns gut gefallen. Wir hatten ein Maisonette-Zimmer und unsere beiden Kinder haben auf einer Ausklappcouch im Wohnzimmer geschlafen. Im oberen Schlafzimmer wird es im Sommer sicher recht warm und es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Im Mai ließ es sich mit geöffnetem Fenster und Durchzug noch aushalten. Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es war insgesamt alles sauber und geschmackvoll. Frühstück war ausreichend und der Italiener, der zum Hotel gehört, war sehr lecker. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Positiv: Schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, man kann die Driving Range kostenlos nutzen, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt
Negativ: Der Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig und dafür ist es nichtmal sichergestellt, dass man einen Parkplatz am Gebäude mit dem eigenen Zimmer bekommt. Wünsche an der Rezeption wie einem zusätzlichen Kissen wurde trotz Zusage nicht nachgekommen. An unserem Duschkopf befand sich Schimmel. Beim Frühstück war es sehr voll und wuselig, da das Buffet in einem zu kleinen Raum aufgebaut ist.

Check -in verzögert da Zimmerkarte mehrfach nicht ging und ersatzschlüssel zunächst nicht zu finden war.
Das Badezimmer war leider nicht wirklich saubere der Heizkörper war verdreckt, der Spiegel mit einer dicken Staubschicht belegt und zwischen den Lampen hingen spinnenweben.
