Room was very spacious and comfortable. There was only body wash (no shampoo) but all in all, a nice set up. Bar was excellent with friendly staff and a great feature drink.

Wonderful stay at The Madison from check in to check out. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the location was within walking distance of the Elbphilharmonie and Miniatur Wunderland (highly recommended). One highlight was the never empty bowl of gummies and licorice at the check in desk. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful hotel with excellent service and amenities. Would stay here again if ever back in Hamburg. Our room was perfect for our family of three - friendly and knowledgeable staff, welcoming environment yet quietly luxurious. Central location without the noise of the city.
