Great location, opposite Münster Haupbahnhof. The room looked like it had recently been decorated and it was done to a good standard. My only criticisms are that the pillows were so soft they affected both mine and my husband's sleep, and that there was no way to stop the maid coming in. We'd rather not have had the maid come in daily. Other than that the room was very good, location ideal and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I liked that just as the room looked in the photos, it was the same in reality (and I have visited quite a few hotels around the world), but it is often different. This is very good because it was clean and kept in very good condition. I was afraid of noise due to the location of the hotel, but there was none. I am really impressed with how well you can sleep (I will only add that I had an important meeting the next day). First contact with the reception and also a very positive impression. Everything was clearly and well explained to make your shorter or longer stay as you dreamed of. I will also add that if I have a reason to return to this city in the future, I will of course choose this hotel. You only make the first impression once. Regards and recommend

The receptionist was very welcoming. The temperature outside was very warm but air-condition was perfect. Very clean room. Breakfast had many options and nicely organised. Will stay again.

Close to the train station, but therefore noisy. Hotel seems dated and not in great shape (elevator wasn't working). Breakfast was barely average and rooms are tight. Not a bad place to stay, but probably will find a different hotel next time.

The hotel is less than a block away from the train station which is great if you are taking the train into Munster. The breakfast was worth it having a variety of pastries, cereals, and warm foods such as eggs and sausages. The pillows were getting a little flat and probably could use some replacing. Otherwise had no issue with the place for the two nights that I stayed.

Ideal for an overnight while traveling, but I don't think I would spend more than one night here unless I was only there to sleep. Very noisy outside, my teas kettle had old water in it and started growing mold, and the shower was horrible. The water auto changes and burnt my body the first time it did, the shower head would not stay on the wall, and the doors would not stay shut. The price was too much for all the issues. However, the lady at the reception desk in the morning did let me have a free coffee from the machine because of the tea kettle issue.

Hotel is just located next to the trainstation. Very convenient to get there by public transportation. However there were a lot of loud and drunken people in front of the hotel when we arrived friday evening. The center is not far away. It is reachable within 5 min by feet. The room was not the biggest but ok. The beds were good.
