+++++ Tram station right outside the hotel few stops from the city center, very quiet and very clean, however, I'm not a fan on the size of twin/single bed and the bathroom was very small.

Excellent hotel within 20 mins U-Bahn journey of Dusseldorf Town Centre. You do not need to wait more that 10 mins for a underground train with direct interconnect from main railway station. U-Bahn stop in 1 min from hotel on other side of square. Room was clean, tidy and breakfast was excellant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel has facilities to store luggage for pick up later on day of departure. I stayed for 5 night for xmas market and sight seeing and hotel was very reasonably priced.

The front desk staff was unfriendly or more kind of very grumpy when we checked in. When we went out and came back on that night we ran into her again, we thought we might read her wrong so my partner tried to greet her and she was totally ignored us. However when we gave our feedback in the morning to another staff he was very appologetic. A little smile to check-in guests would make a big different to their stays.

Situated just opposite a metro hop this lovely hotel was well positioned for a short break to Dusseldorf. The hotel staff were very helpful and informative and the rooms were well apportioned. The breakfast buffet was excellent and very well managed. A few tram stops away is a lovely castle and gardens which are worth taking a picnic to. I enjoyed my stay here and would not hesitate to recommend to others willing to move a short tram journey away from the city centre. There are a number of restaurants and take away food places locally as well.

A nice stay at this hotel but disappointed that no tea or coffee making facilities in our room. Breakfast was good and a variety of meats, cheeses and wonderful fresh crusty rolls. Also lovely coffee.

This hotel is extremely affordable. It is clean and comfortable. Kind of a quirky old building which adds character. For the price, you get great value. My only complaint is the parking, you have to walk about 10 minutes away to park your car. Still, I would stay here again for sure.

One night, I went to lobby and worked. The staff was very kind. He kept asking me everything okay and do you need any help? When he noted me I want to drink tea. He turned on the boiling water machine and asked if I want some chocolate. After 2 mins, a little box of chocolate put on my table. With a hot tea. I can work relaxingly. Thanks for caring services.

THIS HOTEL WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Everything was so old, nothing worked. The shower would not get hot, the Elevator didn't work properly. The attendant at the front desk was very unfriendly and unhelpful. The description said that this hotel was close to the airport and old town. I had to take a taxi to this location, which cost over 40 us dollars . It is far away from anywhere, and the photo was misrepresentative of the property. The hotel looked NOTHING like the photo. I was so unhappy, I chose not to stay. I had the property booked for two days, and they would not refund my money. it was horribly expensive.I had to pay 180 us dollars for a taxi to drive us to the airport to leave Germany.
