Loved staying in this hotel. It was in the country with beautiful scenery all around. The rooms were very clean and comfortable! The saunas were very nice, the breakfast in the hotel was delicious! I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is located on a quiet hilltop above several Christmas craft villages and is a good base for touring the Erzgebirge region. A car is necessary. We enjoyed the spacious room, friendly service and great sunsets. We rented bikes from the hotel for a daytour and the route to the valley towns was a very pleasant ride; however, several kilometres of pushing them back uphill in the heat meant we should have chosen the ebikes that the hotel also rents. Be advised. While in the area, Seiffen is the most interesting village to visit and the nutcracker museum in Neuhausen is fun.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist extrem schön eingerichtet. Tolle Mischung aus traditionellem Erzgebirge Charme und Moderne. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer toll eingerichtet, modern und äußerst geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Die ruhige Lage des Hotels, direkt am Wald, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man konnte viele schöne Wanderrouten aussuchen oder interessante Orte wie z.B. Seiffen oder Freiberg besuchen. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen war reichhaltig und sehr lecker.

Das Hotel liegt sehr abseits, ist aber für Loipengeher -sofern Schnee liegt- und Wanderer zu empfehlen. Zimmer groß, aber Matratze ist zu dünn und Fernseher deutlich zu klein. Das sind keine 4 Sterne Superior! Gleiches gilt für die Qualität des Abendessens. Kombination aus Buffet und Bedienung. Spart Personal und reduziert den Geschmack. Frühstück gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich.
