Short walk or taxi from hotel to the ferry landing that takes you around Lake Chiemsee, that allows for a quieter, more relaxing lake experience. Included breakfast buffet was in a beautiful setting. ALL staff were so friendly and helpful. Room had a nice balcony, overlooking the marina, and the lake. Highly recommend!

Stayed 2 nights. The bed was a little soft for my liking, but worked well. Breakfast was amazing, the view of the lake and surrounding area was fantastic. We walked to the ferry terminal which is about 1k (1/2 m) away. 4-5 dining options were also available near the terminal. The hot tub is outside the pool area, everything is very well kept.

Very beautiful location at the Chiemsee, big lawn with beautiful view of the lake, close to Prien. Has two restaurants, one "a la carte" with mediterranean flavor, and one with high class menus. We tried the former and were happy with it! Staff and atmosphere are nice and friendly.

Lovely staff, well located for amenities, good spa facilities. Mix up over our room (described by booking site as having a balcony, but didn’t have one) was disappointing, hotel nearly full so had to take a room without balcony for a lower rate.

This hotel is in an absolute beautiful location. The room was very comfortable and the amenities (pool, hot tub) were great. It is a little difficult to get around if you do not have car, but if you don’t mind walking there are plenty of activities.

This is a very attractive hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed with comfortable beds. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake, which we could have enjoyed from the deck outside of our room if the mosquitoes were not so thick. The room was a bit warm in the evening due to the hot days during our stay but cooled down at night. Air conditioning would have made our sleep more restful. Thankfully, there was a screen on the window so it could be left open at night. There is a small stoney beach for those who wish to swim in the lake and also an indoor heated swimming pool. There is an attractive indoor and outdoor restaurant on the premises that has delicious entrees. The downside were the annoying mosquitoes. We sat indoors but in inside portion of the restaurant was open to the outside, so our dinner pleasure was interrupted by the pesky mosquitoes. We probably killed about 30 of them during the course of our dinner and were bitten a few times.
