Francois was so helpful. He assisted me with everything I needed even though he was occupied with a lot of tasks. I enjoyed the quiet environment and lovely service.

He tried to charge me and I refused to pay extra. The rug on mat was filthy and the bath towel was nasty.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The furniture was old and uncomfortable, with a hard bed that made it difficult to rest. The room was not clean — there were stains on the sheets, and I even found bugs in the room. The service was poor, and I didn't receive the room I paid for. Due to these issues, I had to check out early and wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

We liked that it was in a residential area close to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly accommodating helpful polite and responsive. It had air conditioning a must, the rooms were cleaned everyday, including bedding and towels. The accommodation is a bit dated but cleanliness was of a high standard. There was always someone at the desk to respond to any query 24 hours. There was also a small carpark and security at the gate. If you are looking for a place with entertainment then this is not the place for you. Ifvyou are looking to have a base to stay while you explore Ghana, then it is a good place to stay.

The staff are kind, helpful, and speak English very well. The dining room is a windowless room with a ceiling fan and AC, but neither were turned on. After a half hour we were melting. Had to find someone and ask them to turn on fan and AC. The food took a very long time to prepare. All we ordered was fried chicken and chips (french fries). Nobody came back to find out if we needed anything. The next morning someone called me at 7 am to find out what I wanted for breakfast. I said only toast and coffee. When I arrived in the dining room, a surly girl brought a plate with toast sitting on a pile of greasy "omlet" egg with tomato and onion fried in it. I asked her to remove the egg. She said I am coming, and left the room. She never came back. The toast had no jam or butter, just dry toast. I picked up the top piece, but it was on top of a fried sausage of some kind, which I did not ask for. So I finished my coffee (Nescafe) and left. Nobody ever came back to remove the toast from the egg. When I saw the sausage, I did not want the toast either as it was sitting on top of the sausage. Really, this was disgusting. The staff did not ask me if I wanted it. The only other issue was the shower stall in my bathroom leaked a lot from the bottom, filling the whole floor with water. I had to ask for a bath mat, and the front desk man had to look for one. He was very kind and pleasant and finally brought me 2, Just as well, as I needed them to mop up the floor. Maintenance!

The staff was very good, the hotel is far from everything and very hard to get to, unpacked roads.

My mum stayed at Edenvale for 10 days and spoke very highly of the hotel. Special mention to Maame and Amos as well as the rest of the staff who treated her so well and went above and beyond to make her stay wonderful. Thank you so much for your hospitality and hard work.

The rooms so clean, the restaurant food so devine and the Staff very caring, friendly and professional they care about the guest. Nice atmosphere, quite perfect.

Eden Vale Hotel and Training Center is a hidden gem off the beaten path in East Legon. If you blink you'll pass the establishment but once inside you are welcomed and treated with excellent care. From the entire reception and management team to the culinary staff, each person was extremely helpful and friendly. The only drawback was there isn't a pool on the grounds.

Staff wasn’t as attentive as needed. Room had a terrible smell but overall wasn’t a bad place to stay.

More of a need and breakfast establishment. Internet not stable as well as power outages..that itslef is not conducive for business needs. Water was either scalding hot or cold..mostly cold showers. However the staff if very accommodating The location is not the best as roads are not paved

I got to the hotel late after a stressful day. The receptionist introduced me to my room. After unpacking several of my things I realized the bathroom bulb was out. So they relocated me to a different room upstairs. That room also had light bulbs issues. Television stations were not clear. Rooms were small and had lots of things in it. Staff there were in and out of more room anytime I leave the room. Supposedly they were fixing things. Air condition was not the best. I slept with both fan and air condition on. Bathroom was marvelous. That was the only beauty part of the room. Two times they tried to charge my guest for breakfast even though free breakfast for two was part of my reservation. Staff need to work on communicating issues properly to each other. I wouldn’t mind staying there again if things are running properly because I loved the neighborhood.

I love the privacy of this property. it is safe, clean and the staff makes you feel so welcome. Ama and Amos are two reasons Eden Vale is my second home when I come to Ghana. Solomon is new but he is kind and courteous. However. All staff is great and helpful including the gatekeepers and security.

Staff works very hard to make certain your stay is memorable.
