Fabulous stay at Aethrio Sunset. Angie and staff were professional,friendly and helpful.I’m so happy to have stayed here. Our apartment had a loft room leading to balcony with views across Aegean Sea, Caldera and Blue Dome church of Oia. Wish we stayed longer. Delicious breakfast spacious room and a pleasant day exploring the beautiful streets of Oia all close to the apartment.

Breakfast was good with lots of choice. The rooftop patios were excellent to watch the sunset. The staff were efficient and kind.

Breakfast was the highlight- plenty of choice. Staff were very helpful. We stayed at start of season so evening chilly- would’ve been nice if floor had a rug as heatpump not very effective

I stayed here for a week at the start of the season with my daughter. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location absolutely stunning. The 'village within a village' set up felt like you were able to escape to a home base away from the outside world whilst still being right in the heart of Oia's old town. The blue dome of the church next door to the hotel is visible while lying by the pool to remind you of where you are, and the views from the decks glorious. I would definitely return to this place at the drop of a hat!

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL. The hotel entrance it is not nearby the main street. You will have to walk about 200 meters in a steep street to get to the hotel. This path it is not stroller or wheelchair friendly. If you are an elder person or travel with elders, it's going to be hard for them. Do not go during orthodox eastern. There is a church, literally 10 feet from the hotel. The tradition dictates that someone has to ring a 300 pound bell every 10 seconds (not exaggerating it's literally every 10 seconds). It will last until past 11 PM, which makes it impossible to rest or sleep.

Perfect location!

Beautiful, clean, authentic Greek (Santorini) accommodations. Close walking distance to all main areas of Oia. Room was very big, with separate room, however beds were very uncomfortable (zero cushion). Cannot brink your own drink/beer (can) to the pool, only if you purchase from resort. Resort staff watched every move very closely.

The hotel is located in an area close to everything. It is nice and in good condition and clean. The breakfast is good with healthy food and the main thing to start the day is fruit, eggs, cheeses, yogurt, pastries, juices, and coffee. Our room was for three people. My husband, my son, and I were traveling to celebrate my 50th birthday. It was cozy. We had a terrace with a view of part of the ocean. The only detail I didn't like was that there was no hair conditioner and the shower needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. The rest of the room was very comfortable. As an Expidia VIP member, I received my wine and a 20% discount on drinks. At the reception, Angela was very helpful with information and was very friendly. I would gladly stay with you again if I had the opportunity. Thank you Aethrio Team!

The hotel is really Nice,I got a big room decorated very traditional and I have a balcony and Ihave access to the terrace so I recommend it because you can have a beautiful sunset from your hotel and is very convenient for to go to eat or shopping or take a bus ,the breakfast it’s ok ,not to much variety but the seasoned is good ,also you can have some Greek Plates from the restaurant and are really good,,if you like coffee like me you should bring your own coffee because they just give you to little coffee sachets and if you want more they will charge you for that ,Other than that is a really nice hotel , Thank you so much ,I really got a great time

Beautiful, unique hotel. We particularly enjoyed going up to our top deck and watching the sunset. The room was exquisite and everyone at the hotel was most helpful.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel The manager Jean and his wife and chef George were all very accommodating Jean arranged a taxi transfer for us and a member of his team carried our cases to the hotel The complimentary breakfast was plentiful with a good selection We were given a small bottle of wine on arrival Our room on the ground floor was perfect located for outdoor dining and the pool area The location is perfect for a stay in Oia Near to all restaurants and the Blue domed churches and excellent views of the caldera We had an amazing week stay

Beautiful oasis right in the middle of Oia! The hotel is walkable to everything (food, shopping) right outside the gates, but remains private, quiet, & beautiful pool!

Property is located in the heart of Oia, steps from the main walk with all the shops and restaurants. Grounds were spacious and beautiful, and built in the typical Greek style. Room was immense, actually a one bedroom apartment with separate bedroom, living area, kitchen and bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. And the large outdoor swimming pool was great in the summer heat. The only negatives were a tiny bathroom, and being located right next to a restaurant that has a singer singing until 11:30 on Thursday nights, which kept us awake. Otherwise, this was a perfect property.

The room was very clean and large with air conditioning that was helpful for sleep during the evening. While I am used to sleeping on a larger bed I was able to get a good nights sleep each night we stayed here. The property has amazing views of the island, and we especially enjoyed the sunset views from the rooftop. I would 100% stay here again. The only caution I would give is that the ac was not very strong so while it was fine for us during our short stay as it was not very hot either day I am not sure how it would do on a much hotter day. The staff was incredibly helpful and informative - they gave us restaurant recommendations and helped us book a ride to the port on our last day. Overall highly recommend!

The hotel was great. We really enjoyed Santorini due to comfortable staying. The kids also like it very much for their second floor separate bedroom.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good. The whole place (rooms and common areas ) were all very very clean. And the location is perfect. But, Our room was just too small. The bathroom door hit the toilet. The shower was so small I felt like I was showering inside a sleeping bag. The bedroom was barely bigger than the bed, stubbed my toes many times. TV was tiny, tiny. We thought we purchased a full size room , but got the tiny tiny room.
