OK for the one night stay I had planned. Hotel was not easy to get to and on a very busy street. Check in was quick and friendly. Room left a bit to be desired but the bed was comfortable and the aircon worked well. Not really for a long stay

I was staying in this hotel only because they are pet's friendly. This is would be OK hotel for dogs, but not for people. 2,5 stars? This is really a hostel, though I have never been in a hostel; however, this hotel does not look like a hotel with broken nets windows facing another dirty bilding 10 meters away from the hotel. Beds, tables and plastic chair in a bathroom cheap and old. Room is is so tiny. However, the worst of all was the fact of front desk person "forgot" receiving my payment for the room on the time of checking in and requested me to pay the second time on the time of checking out. It was OUTRAGEOUS! I asked to call to police, they arrived, however, the manager lied and returned $6 less as a change for my second payment in front of the police. It was just a nightmare. NEVER NEVER stay in this "hotel". Moreover, I believe, it has to be removed from the Expedia's listing.

Not the newest or poshest of places, ideally situated for the city centre (which of course in Thessaloniki means it can be noisy) knowing this took a back room and it was OK. Staff absolutely super, WI FI first class, EXCELLENT value for money.

The staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful! My two complaints were that my room was cold and never seemed to fully get warm, and the shower is a 2x2 indentation in the floor with no curtain - so the cold bathroom became a cold, wet bathroom. I think that it may have just been that room, as others staying in the hotel seemed comfortable. The location is great - a bustling part of Thessaloniki a few blocks from Aristotle Square.

Hotel was located on a main busy street, very loud and the neighborhood was defiantly not the safest place to be. The service was exceptional...very helpful and friendly staff. Parking was not easy but we did find a free parking space on one of the back street...paid parking is available for about 12e. It was just a quick stop for us as we were traveling on early the next morning so it worked fine for us. The rooms were older and could have used a paint job but we enjoyed the older style architecture. The beds were comfy and the location was close to the main square and the water front...just a quick 5-10 minute walk away. And they excepted our puppy dog. Would i come here again...probably not due to the location and parking.

The first time I stayed there was very comfortable. The air condition was great, the breakfast was amazing, and all the sites I wanted to visit were within a 20 min walk. The second time I stayed, I requested two beds in a nonsmoking room. I was given 2 beds under 1 comforter in a smoking room. I went to the front desk to see if there was a nonsmoking room available, and he gave me 2 smoking rooms. They smelt less like smoke, so I accepted them. The front desk man seemed less inclined to help after that.

The hotel staff were friendly and, for the airport and bus station, the hotel was in a good location (a short bus ride to either). I just needed a lace to stay between flights and this was ideal, I would consider a longer stay.
