Beautiful hotel right on the beach, however you need to use steps to get down or walk outside the property and go around. Perfect views of the sea from the outdoor areas. Lovely outdoor space to enjoy drinks and food. Very relaxing and satisfying atmosphere. Also you can order food/drinks to the beach which is very convenient. Staff work exceptionally well to bring whatever you need. Breakfast very good and the buffet in the evening has many options for dining choices. A very well appointed, modern hotel with all you need for an enjoyable stay. Spotlessly clean and stylish, all parts of the hotel are extremely pleasant and comfortable. Only negative is location at the bottom of a steep hill. Those with mobility issues may find it difficult to walk to the town above.

Great location for beach and easy access to restaurants! Breakfast buffet could be a little chaotic particularly at juice and bread station. Would suggest the hotel reconsidering this set up otherwise all fine.

Very friendly staff that were very helpful whenever needed. Paying attention to small things like arriving after dinner is served, they prepared a sandwich platter for our late arrival. In general very happy with our stay. We got a room next to the elevator so it was a bit noisy at night. The bed was not very comfortable.

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, traumhafter Strand, perfekt saubere Zimmer.. das Personal sehr nett! Einzige Enttäuschung war das Essen. Egal ob wegen der Covid-Umstände oder nicht.. für das Geld hätten wir etwas mehr erwartet. Das Hotel ist nicht das günstigste und die Preise für Getränke und generell am Strand Essen und Trinken sind etwas teuer. Es gab jeden Tag identisches Frühstück (zwar genug und von Allem etwas aber z.B. immer das gleiche Omelette, die gleichen Würstchen...) und das Abendessen noch schlimmer.. es gab gute Sachen aber es gab auch immer Tiefkühl-Kost (würde ich mich in einem 5*-Hotel nicht getrauen zu servieren!) z.B. Tiefkühl-Fischstäbchen.. TK-Pouletschnitzel und TK-Kroketten oder Röstiecken (alles wahrscheinlich aus Lidl um die Ecke).. ich würde es verstehen wenn sie in der aktuellen Situation sparen müssen, man kann aber auch für wenig Geld leckeres Essen zaubern und liebevoll anrichten. Und in den Zimmern gab es nicht Mal Tee oder Instant-Kaffee. Hat auf jeden Fall Verbesserungspotential.

Very nice hotel with a very attentive staff, especially the manager! The beach is the best I've seen, ever! Although it's not a private beach (there aren't any in Greece), the beach is large, clean, and well maintained by the hotel (it's especially notable when you walk around the adjacent beaches). The sea view rooms are a must at this hotel because the beach and sea are the highlights of this place. Regarding everything else - you can't really give this place 5 stars. The rooms are decent but you can expect more quality amenities if its 5 stars. The food is not good and a bit repetitive, and there are no vegetarian options for the main dishes at dinner (though is it important to mention that when I talked about it with the hotel manager, he made sure that a vegetarian dish will be served to me the next evening, and a few more vegetarian side dishes were added to the buffet). The swimming pool is good enough but all and all you don't feel that you get your money's worth at this hotel (plus, everything else at the hotel is very expensive - parking, beverages, the poolside bar, etc.)

Management and service at this hotel is appalling. We booked a 2.5 bedroom and they did not fulfill their obligation. They falsified information and pictures they gave to Expedia and would not even try to rectify the problem. My family and I wasted half an entire day (12-12) to sorting their mess out. Horrible customer service. Upon pressing to speaking to a manager, reception would not let me. They would get caught in lies, to the embarrassment of their co-workers. Stella, Anna and Fae should be ashamed for lying (and getting caught), and not looking for a solution. When they eventually offered a second room (which I booked and paid extra for), they said to come back in 7 hours to pick up the keys. After 7 hours, they went back on their word. Shameful. They lied there weren’t any rooms available (there were, see below). Eventually Expedia and I worked out a solution. I could never recommend this hotel to anyone. The customer service at check in (reception) was horrendous. Upon check out, the reception said the same issue happened to someone else and laughed like it was a big joke. Stay away from this hotel.

We are really glad to have the chance visitting your hotel. The rooms were spaciuos enough with a nice view from the balcony. The cuisine was wonderful and had a lot to choose from. The main chef and the guest were astonishingly polite as well as helpful when info was needed. The beach was clean and there is bar where you can order beverages. I would highly recommend visitting this place and hope we will come back soon.
