Nice calm resort. Some families, but mostly older and more mature people. The waterpark is great for kids. The restaurants are OK, and have good diversity. Beach is a short walk from the hotel, but when the winds are high, it is not possible to swim. Area around the hotel is somewhat sparse. Very nice rooms and facilities!

Loved the waterpark esp for our son. Also the buffet for dinner was excellent, though the a la carte restaurants not so much. The room was spacious and clean with no carpet on the floor. Staff were excellent too, professional but friendly. The only thing missing was a bidet in the bathroom.

Nice hotel but it should not be called Luxury as the service is not luxury. We asked for one glass of tap water for my son during dinner time and they didn't provide as you have to buy the whole bottle even though I only wanted one glass. We didn't feel to be treated like we r in luxury hotel, gym needs maintenance and also Spa is very simple. Sorry but this is not luxurious hotel.

Overall, the stay was just okay. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and helpful, and certain areas of the resort were well-maintained: the main reception area, the main pool and aqua park, the spa area, and the gardens. On the minus side, the room was more dilapidated and unclean than one would expect for the price (there was a heavy ring of black mold on the shower head and I had to ask for it to be cleaned, I found random hair throughout the room, the sofa had a broken cushion with the stuffing bursting out of the seams, etc.). The food served for half-board was also just mediocre and lacked flavour. I wouldn't rate this place as a 5-star resort, maybe 4 for the amenities (and 3 for the room).

We had an absolutely superb holiday. The hotel was perfect, the staff were, without exception, always friendly, helpful and cheerful that it created a great atmosphere throughout the whole place. The setting was stunning, between the beach and the mountains, the pools and communal areas were even better than they look on the website and the whole place was so beautifully lit at night. The food was fabulous. It’s a genuine 5 star hotel that makes kids feel welcome but without becoming somewhere people wouldn’t come to without children. A perfect balance. We are about to book again for next year because we all loved it so much.
