Excellent staff and location. Restaurant views are amazing

Everything was fantastic. Staff was wonderful.

Hotel was in an amazing location. View from the breakfast / dining room was unbelievable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices for most diets. Staff was very pleasant. Only downside, the rooms were not 5 star standards, more like 3 stars, not worth the money we paid for the rooms. You pay for the location and the breakfast.

Friendly staff and always very helpful. Clean rooms and quiet rooms.

This was a fantastic location and the rooftop restaurant was spectacular - with an unbelieveable view, along with indoor and covered and uncovered outdoor seating. In addition, the breakfast that was included was absolutely amazing. We got the superior room and it had everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent hotel. Friendly, professional helpful staff - ALL! And the view from the top-floor garden bar is stunning! Highly recommend!

The Staff are very attentive to your needs My daughter let early and they provided her with a breakfast box catering to my celiac needs . I stay there every time to go to Athens The location is fantastic , breakfast is great and the team are helpful and polite

Everything was excellent.

I was looking for a special hotel as a wedding anniversary treat for my husband, Electra Metropolis, did not disappoint. Prior to arrival l contacted the hotel to request an airport transfer and mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary. I received a prompt and professional response with details of our transfer. First impressions of the hotel were excellent a smart doorman at the entrance a friendly greeting by the porter and a smooth check in by Alexia, as it turns out she also checked us out. Our room 506 was clean and spacious positioned on the front of the building. The outlook was to building works and some street noise could be heard in the room. Neither of which bothered us but some guests may not like that. A few hours after check in we returned to find a note in our room asking us to call reception. Imagine our surprise when we were brought a delicious heart shaped pudding and a bottle of prosecco. A gift in recognition of our special occasion, very much appreciated. We only had one day of sunshine so took advantage of the swimming pool area, a nice bonus in a city location. The views of the Acropolis on the roof terrace are a real highlight. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, we really enjoyed it along with superb service from everyone especially, Effiticia and Nicursor. All in all the experience was faultless, a great location, well maintained building and staff who take pride in there hotel and the service they deliver. Thank you 😊

During our travels in Europe (Zurich, Athens, Venice, Florence, Rome), this was by far our favorite hotel. Great location (walking distance to Acropolis, shopping, restaurants, night life, etc). Beautiful roof top restaurant and pool with wonderful view of Acropolis. Highly recommend!

Electra Metropolis is a very solid choice in Athens, and I would stay here again, primarily for its excellent location. The hotel is perfectly positioned in Syntagma, making it incredibly easy to walk to most major sites, restaurants, and shopping areas. For a short city break, this level of convenience is hard to beat, and the area also felt very safe, even in the evenings. The room itself was on the smaller side but well designed and functional. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the stay, housekeeping and turndown service were consistently on point, which made a noticeable difference. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were synthetic, which may not suit everyone. One of the highlights is breakfast. The rooftop setting with views of the Acropolis is genuinely special, and the food selection was good with attentive service. It’s a great way to start the day before heading out. Service across the hotel was friendly and efficient, with staff generally helpful and welcoming. Facilities are decent. The gym is located in the basement and is on the smaller side, but sufficient for a quick workout. Very good experience and highly recommended.

Great location, walkable to everything and plenty of restaurant choices nearby. Wonderful buffet breakfast with an amazing view. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great bathroom. My only comment being on the 9th floor (one floor down from the restaurant) was that you could hear the walking above and chairs moving on the floors, but it wasn't an issue sleeping at night.

From the moment of arrival to checkout the staff was amazingly helpful. They accommodated our early arrival, got us extra bedding, arranged our taxi to airport and even pointed us in the right direction for the little things we wanted to see/do. Highly recommend this hotel and will rebook on our return trip to Greece!!!
