Very good for the price

Lovely friendly welcoming staff. Very clean , close to Ferry and Cruise terminals.

It was convenient to port for cruise ship.

The property was perfect. The location was perfect. The restaurants around it was perfect. I can’t say enough about this hotel.

Good place for a one night stop to start island hopping. The ferries are nearby. The hotel has everything you need and is clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Basic hotel, well located close to port. Unfortunately there was a very loud nightclub on the same street, and music was blasting till like 4am.

Last minute booking due to having to curtail my trip & return to Athens sooner than planned. Although in Piraeus it's a good 25 min walk from the port. It was the middle of the night, although I felt safe, others may not. The staff were pleasant, the check in easy. The room, was clean but really jaded. Desperate need for refurbishment.

Very clean hotel walking distance from the ferry. Great check in. So many restaurants and stores nearby such a walkable area and super safe. Traveled in August and it was very quiet. Bed comfortable. Strong AC in the room

Close to cruise port. Cold AC and hard beds. Bare minimum in rooms.

Convenient location before catching cruise ship

Property offered transportation options directly from airport to the hotel and the front desk open 24 hours for late check ins. The Filon is conveniently close to cruise terminal ports with a short walk or a 5 minute taxi ride. Continental breakfast on site is offered for a small fee. Thank you Filon for having us.

The staff is very kind, nice and friendly. The place is close to everything. Down side, you have to leave the key every time you go out. I mean nothing lost. I feel like you have to leave the key because there is a small square device that’s attached to it that activates AC when you get it. I think a lot of customers probably loses it. But Overall my experience is great. I would still comeback to this place if ever i decide visit greece again.

The receptionist was lovely and very accommodating. The rooms were decent and had everything you needed, including air conditioning.

Let me start by saying this review in no way reflects the FILON Hotel staff, who are amazing and deserving of 5-stars each. The young gentleman with longer black hair was especially helpful, friendly, and gave great recommendations for things to see and places to eat. They made such a great first impression of the place. The reason for my poor experience was due to the noise—noise at levels I have never heard before in a hotel, especially not at night. We stayed here 2 separate nights on our trip through Greece, the second night of which was Sunday, July 20th. That night, somewhere in the ballpark of 20-30 young adults/teens came in shouting, stomping, slamming doors and throwing items at 11:30p. I awoke to my girlfriend panicked as she thought a riot was happening outside. We quite literally barricaded the door at first because some of the teens were staying next door and had been kicking on that room’s door while screaming and shouting. They were staying on multiple floors in several rooms and the nuisance continued for about 20 minutes. The most concerning part about the entire experience was I went downstairs to see what had happened with the front desk associate. He was visibly shaken himself and when I inquired he nervously responded that we needed to be understanding because they’re a group of young people (???) but that he would call their rooms personally to tell them to quiet down. I don’t know Greek law, but this would’ve warranted the police in the U.S.
