Amazing staff, they were all great. Professional, helpful. The breakfast was the best, the staff so good as well. Food is fresh. We had dinner in the hotel as well and it was amazing. The room was very good, spacious, good beds. The only negative is the immediate area, around 2 blocks, in the evening. It's close to good areas, so take a taxi if you return to the hotel in the evening.

The room was nice, worth the €28 bump for the bigger room. The view was...well, a seemingly vacant run-down building next door.
The service though...good Lord that made us feel like royalty! The front desk REALLY went out of their way for us, calling taxi's (really only need this for the trip to the airport because their flat fee is higher than if you just hail one driving past. Example: €13 to the restaurant flat fee, €6 back hailing ourselves), to maps of the city and points of interest, and if this is your first stay in Athens you HAVE to have a go on The Big Red Bus - hop on and off as you like for a flat fee per day/trip.
Now lets talk about that breakfast...jeez. I've never had its equal. Everything I tried was literally THE BEST. They had a freakin' honey comb...an actual HONEY COMB...four star dining at its best...and it was complementary with the stay. Seriously, I've paid €50 each for very nice brunches that weren't nearly as vast, nor tasty, and they here too, have you feeling like kings and queens. One of my very best dining experiences ever...and it was included in the price.
We had a 6AM flight back to the States, so needed a 3AM taxi...no problem. Their contracted €70 ride netted us a nice Mercedes and when we got downstairs...they had a box breakfast waiting for us!!!
Truly a class above!

We had a four night stay and the service and feel of the hotel was excellent. Great position for sightseeing, close to two metro stations and the area around the hotel was bustling but felt really safe at all times of day. Most reviews mention the breakfast - it was great, really fresh and the ladies really look after you, the service was friendly and efficient.

We stayed here for my daughters 21st Birthday holiday. The hotel is lovely and the staff are amazing. The location is excellent for either public transport needs or very walkable to the main squares and parts of the beautiful city. The reception staff were excellent with great communication before our visit and during our stay. They organised a lovely birthday cake for my daughter, which they presented to her with a candle at breakfast on her birthday, a well appreciated, lovely touch. The whole staff were extremely polite, courtious and went out of their way to help and assist where possible. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel was spotless. Highly recommended.

Hotel is beautiful, well situated, clean and breakfast was great. Only downset was our bathroom got flooded and we were moved immediately to another room but the thermostat in that room did not work properly.
