Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, με θεα θάλασσα. Ευγενέστατο προισωπικό, πολύ καλό πρωινό, ευχάριστα δωμάτια με μπαλκόνι με θεα το λιμάνι της Κύμης. Παντού καθαρό με πολύ ζέστη το δωμάτιο. Επαγγελματίες σωστοί, και σοβαροί. Επίσης η ταβέρνα ΑΙΓΑΙΟ πολύ κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο είχε άριστο σπιτικό φαί σε λογικές τιμές. Θα ξαναπάμε οπωσδήποτε.

We wanted a place on the coast on our way back to Athens and this looked like a nice place to stay. It was fabulous although it is not a beach hotel as advertised. There is no beach there but the spacious balcony off our room was the perfect spot to watch a spectacular sun set. We were surprised how long it took us to get there from the mainland - over 2 hours around the mountain.

Saying luxury is misleading. That it is not, though it is a higher standard than many in Greece. If you need Wi-fi don’t go. Signal and speed is beyond dreadful. But there’s lots of upsides. The view from our room was stunning, the small beach both nearby and a joy, the pool and surrounds were well fine and the staff, though not great with English, were friendly and helpful. Taxis were easily arranged to the nearby own centre and we had some terrific food portside. Food in the hotel was not to our taste. Pretty low standard. The ferry to Skyros was in easy reach.

Staff was very friendly. We had a balcony view of the ocean. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Breakfest was standard not anything special. But the hotel was beautiful, we had dinner one night at the hotel and the food was good. Pool was really nice. Lots of available parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. We enjoyed especially the hotel utilities (restaurant, pool bar, swimming pool, parking in closed space not under the hot sun), as well as our double-bed room which was very comfortable and spacy. The personnel was helpful and professional.

Nice, modern hotel across the road from the port. However, local beaches were disappointing. Beaches in northern Evoia are much better but approximately 3 hours away. The hairdryer didn't work and the bathroom door handle was falling off. Towels for 3 people were supplied daily instead of 4 for our family. I enquired about using the hotel's laundry service (which they promote online), but I was discouraged by the man at reception. He was reluctant to take my soiled clothes and wasn't prepared to give me a quote for the washing and drying. Why advertise that you offer a laundry service? When I decided not to hand over my laundry he assured me I wouldn't find a laundromat anywhere. Well I did in Kymi town, a mere 5 minute drive away. They were cheap and had my clothes washed and dried quickly for me. Breakfast was okay but Greek-speaking guests were offered proper coffee while the rest of the guests drank the lukewarm filtered coffee. Nice infinity pool but nowhere near enough for the number of guests. Parking was also in great shortage. Overall too expensive for what you are getting.

The hotel grounds were adequate for Greek standards; the owners friendly and accomodating, the staff willing but mostly inexperienced. Internet services were limited requiring upgrade. Breakfast was very limited to poor. The general Kymi is not offered for beachgoers. Selection of restaurants and attractions in the general area were extremely limited.
