Mitsis N'U Piraeus Port

The hotel was really nice but our room was uncomfortably warm. When we spoke to the staff at the reception desk they were not the least bit helpful .and really didn’t seem to care that we couldn’t adjust the temperature in our room. Also our room wasn’t cleaned even though we were gone out for hours. Very disappointed.

In-room amenities limited as is breakfast offering. Room was functional and staff was wonderful. Very convenient location to old port, but not to new port where many cruise ships now dock.

So great hotel in a fantastic location, especially for catching a ferry out of Piraeus. My one criticism is that our bed was pushed right up against the wall on one side, making getting in and out difficult for one of us (me!). Also nowhere to put a glass of water for the person on the wall side. The odd thing is that there is space in the room to move the bed away from the wall, but it would involve the removal of a fixed bedside table.

Kind and efficient check in. Immaculate room, nicely appointed. Will return again. Very convenient location.

Perfection in every detail – couldn't ask for more! I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The design is lovely, showing a real eye for detail with beautiful colors and thoughtful decor throughout.The staff were incredibly helpful and caring, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was definitely the food—breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is simply wonderful. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Area looks sketchy but it’s safe, it’s next to the train line, 1.5 hours away from the airport and 5 minutes walk to the port which is good if you’re going to the islands. City centre is 30 minutes away by train or 20min by taxi, the train is easy and way cheaper. The bed is ok but the pillow aren’t comfortable. there are no views, it’s either the street or the building behind

The staff were professional but very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and even though the bed seemed soft, it was not uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good. We stayed there twice and would definitely stay there again.

Good breakfast, and great front desk staff. There are a group of young people at the front desk that in my opinion deserve recognition for their professionalism and courteous attitudes, these young men and women made our stay at Mitsis's a memorable experience. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of a fresh drink. During our 2 day stay Maria,Fenia, Aris and kirillos, treated my family and i as if we were part of their family. While trying to brush my teeth one night, i accidentally plugged my electric dental cleaner in without the voltage transformer and cause the power to go out in our room. Aris quickly relocated us to another room an reassure me that everything was going to be ok. When i return to Piraeus, i will most definitely stay at Mitsis.

Lovely clean room. I arrived late & staff assisted me with my luggage. Walking distance to Pireaus Gate E7 which was perfect for my trip.

Very nice hotel. Lovely breakfast with varied choices. Very handy for the port. I would recommend
