Incredible location, room, view and accommodating staff. A walkable area with a bus stop nearby and Anthony, the host, was thoughtful, attentive and kind... making adjustments to help with luggage and other ideas for my cane-walking husband. We will be back next year with family to continue our Santorini exploration.

The location was very good. Walkable distance to Fira Market. Limited breakfast option with limited quantity. The view from Balcony was good. The room was cleaned but had bad smell in the bathroom.

The location is excellent, sitting in between Fira and Imerovigli. Relatively quiet and away from the busy tourist area like Fira. This hotel is understaffed. We arrived at 3 pm hoping to check in on time. But the reception was nowhere to be seen. We managed to get a hold of the property manager via phone to announce our arrival and was able to check in later that afternoon. No reception either at check out, so left a note with the keys since we had to get on our way. Got the cave room with the hot tub. The room was clean and smelled nice. However, the hot tub was more like a lukewarm tub, unfortunately. There was also water or piping issues that was not communicated to the guests. Tried taking a shower with intermittent water pressure and brown water coming from the shower head. Water was shut off completely thereafter. The breakfast spread is decent, but inconsistent. If you want proper breakfast, then go to a restaurant. Overall, good location. Everything else is subpar for the price.

This property was perfect for our stay in Santorini. The hotel staff/owners were first class. Breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning. It was clean, quiet and walkable to Fira in approximately 15 minutes. There is a trail that takes you to Oia or a short bus ride for 2e. All in all it was a beautiful stay in Santorini.

I received a free upgrade upon arrival which was great. The room was nice and clean but the sink was clogged. After telling the staff, they were very accommodating and fixed the plumbing issue, but this left a slight smell of sewer for a couple of hours. The location is fantastic and very central to everything. The rooms are very close together and rather noisy though. I can hear people from other rooms talking/laughing at times.

We enjoyed our stay at Nevma Suites. The staff were very kind and let us check in early, and the room was very clean. We did however have some issues with our room that put a slight damper on our stay. Most were minor, but the one major issue we had was that we booked the room with the hot tub, but were unable to use it at all because it was apparently broken. We asked the owner of the property if they could do something about it, but the owner stated that the technician doesn’t work on Sundays and therefore, there was nothing they could do. They did not follow up with us after that, so the hot tub was unusable for the two nights we stayed there. I do not blame the staff for this, as I assume they had no idea the hot tub was broken prior to our stay, but I wish they would have communicated with us a bit more or more effort was put in by them to help get it fixed. To be fair to them, they did offer us a nice bottle of wine as an apology but the frustration comes from the fact that we paid extra for a room with a hot tub that we ultimately could not use. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable.

Office manager was very helpful and allowed for us to keep our luggage in a safe place before checking in. The pool is not on the property. We used a neighboring hotel’s pool with a purchase of drinks. The location was perfect to see both sunrise and sunsets. The room air conditioning was a bit difficult since you had to keep turning on. The shower was outdated. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We had such a wonderful time at Nevma suites. What a gorgeous little place to stay and the outdoor hot tub overlooking the caldera was perfect to unwind in on a hot summers day. Antonis & his staff were fabulous, nothing was too much, and all our questions or queries were answered within minutes. Everyone was really friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was a lovely added extra- especially before a busy day. Shops were not too far away if you wanted to pop out and get something. The suites are also not far away from Fira which is an easy 10-15 minute walk with breathtaking views. The facilities in the suite were good, comfy bed, hot shower. The only thing I would say, is if you are going and intending on eating in the room, it might be beneficial if there was more cooking equipment. However, for us it was perfect as we ate out every day. The only bad point of the suite is that there is a little window above the door which lets the sun in on a morning, which means a potential early start to the day- but none the less, not a huge issue. Overall a fantastic stay, would recommend to anyone- thank you again! X
