Amazing hotel. Rooms were modern, comfortable, and clean. The pool was gorgeous. Staff were incredibly helpful and lovely. We enjoyed our stay immensely. 100/10⭐️

Amazing hotel experience. Everybody was very friendly, willing to help with anything we needed. Would definitely go back in the same hotel . Location also perfect, very close to the airport and to Fira centre, and to Oia as well. At night though you can sleep in peace because it’s quiet. I can mention only positive things during our stay.

From the moment we arrived it felt like we were in paradise. From the incredible service from all the staff to the delightful room and amenities, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. With a short walk to get into the main town Fira or a very friendly transfer arranged by the hotel, Onyx is in a prime spot to have a very peaceful stay and still feel close to the hustle and bustle. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

We loved our stay at Onyx. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful guiding us around the island, we used the bus a lot and they printed us timetables and wrote down routes and made recommendations in the areas we explored. The actual hotel is beautiful, we got upgraded which was a special treat and the pool was great to lounge by. Pretty easy access to the rest of the island. Would recommend!!

The reception staff was extraordinarily helpful even in ordering food to the room, booking trips (their recommendation turned out to be our best day sunset boat/cruise trips ever). Every staff member - including the housekeeping, bartender, breakfast manager were very warm, friendly. Made us feel at home!

We booked here last minute I. The beginning of May to celebrate my birthday. The room was amazing as was the pool area. The staff and owners were great to recommend places to go, places to eat, and things to do. They booked our sunset boat tour for my birthday, arranged a rental car and even explained the bus schedule to us so we could use the bus too. They had information for the hike to Oia for us to use while hiking.
It was a wonderful stay in a super nice place with some awesome staff and owners! I would highly recommend staying here!

The only thing i didn't like was the jacuzzi didn't get hot. The water was luke warm which means i didn't really enjoy the personal jacuzzi experience. Close to food and shopping. I will be back!!!!

Onyx was the 4th stop on our honeymoon throughout Europe. Hands down, they provided the best service from beginning to the end of our stay. Everything on property is very well taken care of, including their guests. They consider everything you could possibly need and give a thorough welcome when you arrive with details about recommended places to visit/see on the island. I can't recommend this place enough. The reception desk is so helpful and kind and all the staff are amazing. Breakfast was included and it was so delicious. We arranged transportation to and from the port and our driver was so considerate, making sure we were comfortable and that the AC was to our liking. We were sad to leave Onyx. We rented an ATV to travel around the island which was SO worth it. If you're thinking about booking, just book. Amazing service Onyx, your effort does not go unnoticed. We are so thankful and grateful for you all.

Loved this hotel and will stay here again! First, it was super easy to coordinate a driver to pick up from the port. The staff were so helpful and friendly, helping with dinner reservations and recommendations. 10/10. Hotel is in a quiet area but super easy walk to Fira. Can rent ATVs from front desk, and it’s a 25 min drive to Oia and anywhere else on the island. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable! The breakfast was delicious. Overall a perfect stay and can’t wait to come back!!!

Our stay at Onyx was amazing! It’s in a little town beside the capital of Santorini, Fira - just a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. We felt very taken care of by their staff who made our stay very easy going and relaxing. We booked a car rental through them which was super easy as pick up and drop off was there at the hotel. We also booked a sunset cruise through them which again pick up and drop off was directly at the hotel.
Everything was very convenient and we absolutely would come stay here again. The room was very spacious as we booked a suite. And everything was very clean in our room and around the hotel.
