First off the staff is absolutely wonderful!! The view is AMAZING! The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfy, the fridge has ample space for leftovers and lots of drinks and even enough room in the freezer for a bag of ice! They are pet friendly which is a huge plus for me because I’m traveling with a 7 month old puppy. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Overall it was great value for money and beautiful views from the balcony. Staff were welcoming. The room had good interior decor however we felt there needed to be further renovations to the hotel. It was quite noisy in the room from the main road traffic. The pool side area was very nice with great views. The beach was a bit unclean with cigarette ends etc but cannot always be helped I know. The breakfast was ok but the cooked produce could be improved as appeared dried out and unappetising. There are a few lovely local restaurants if don’t want to walk 20 minutes into Rethymno. We enjoyed it for a one night stay.

Overall a good experience. A lot of potential if they were to renovate the rooms but clean and comfortable. The only downside was the noise from the main street. (Sea view room) Nice and kind personnel. Breakfast could definitely improve a lot. Great position, you can enjoy the pool aerea and the beach on the days you don't want to explore the island. 15/20 min walking to Rethymnos old town (and main bus station) and a couple of minutes from some very nice restaurants. Recommended if you don't look for exclusive stay but for a very nice budget vacation.

It wasn't good as it shows at the pics. Very bad contitions of the room, so we left after 10 minutes and although we didnt delate at the arrival they still charged us for the first night .

Great beach style hotel with a nice look but the food was appalling and the room was tired and old. We complained but the reception staff just excused themselves on it all! Not really customer service! Really tough to find as well as on a main road and no real parking so getting your luggage their is not easy!

We had made reservations for 3 rooms a full 2 months before our stay, but when we arrived the manager said they were 2 rooms short! Big problem; we spent the next 1 and 1/2 hours looking at a sister hotel on the complete other side of the town and found that completely unacceptable. The manager was trying to convince us that was a better location, but she was just trying to get out of her difficulty. As it turned out, she had several rooms down for repairs; she ended up finding 2 rooms at the next door hotel just as nice as the original. She had good intentions but the hotels bad estimation of the room availability was causing problems for us as well as other guests. Beach location was very nice; but with very heavy traffic on the street in front. Easy access to Rethmnon by car or bus.

The hotel is great regarding the pool, the views, the beach access. The bedroom have a great dimension but the structure do not block the noise - namely during the night. So, the night experience wasn't the best. Avoid the rooms in the reception floor.
