Wonderful hotel. Clean, modern, lovely food. Highly recommend the Villa with private pool for added luxury. There is a beautiful private beach with bar food and drink included, shared with sister hotel. Lots of activities through the day for kids. Would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and are all super friendly. Shuttle bus runs all day to the beach bar and restaurant that is included in the all inclusive. Spa treatment was amazing, Dimitri was wonderful. Food was good, we didn't tire of the buffet and never needed to eat anywhere else. I would book directly next time as the only issues we had were with Expedia not the hotel.

We went on our first all inclusive holiday with our 10 month old baby. We booked a family sea view room so there would be some space to sleep away from us - and we could go and enjoy the terrace at night still right beside her when she slept, The hotel location is fine if you have a car, the staff throughout are outstanding, the alcohol is some bizarre brand of spirits which I didn’t enjoy, the food was basic but fine. However, we booked a double bed for 9 nights and had 2 singles throughout which was disappointing- and despite us highlighting that we had a baby and wanted a room with a bath rather than shower this was ignored. Overall, an excellent stay and with some minor adjustments would be perfect!

It is obvious that the hotel staff have not received adequate or correct training! The management of the hotel must tell the staff at the reception desk that it is so rude and unacceptable to record customers’ bank card info without their permission! Your staffs at the reception desk are essentially the face and voice of your company as the guests first interact with them and for this reason, they play an extremely important role in the representation of your hotel. You should devote more time training them! Also, ask the cleaning staff to check the towels to make sure not to replace the towels with some disgusting and dirty towels! (However one of the staff at the reception desk was kind and professional enough that he brought the new towels himself and apologized) Overall it's a very nice hotel with poor management and undertrained staff!

This is a great hotel all round. The facilities are excellent, rooms are comfortable and the staff are fantastic. Everything is well maintained and spotless throughout, even the beach. Covid-19 measures are sensible without being overbearing. We stayed in a Double Room but the bed was more like a super king and really comfortable. The hotel had all the facilities that we would have hoped for and more. The pools and bar at the hotel serve a good range of food, drinks and cocktails in addition to the bar and restaurant within the hotel itself which serves a varied selection of good quality food. This hotel differs from others in Kiotari in that it is located slightly up the hill from the main road. The advantage to this being commanding sea views and a peaceful setting. The slight disadvantage being a bit of a walk to and from the beach (~10-15mins). However the hotel has this covered by providing a free shuttle service which runs regularly (every 30 mins or so) throughout the day. The drivers are friendly and punctual and the vehicles can't have been more than a year old and, much like everything else in the hotel and grounds, were kept spotlessly clean. A particular highlight of this hotel is it's beachside facilities which are shared with other Princess Hotels in Kiotari where food, drinks, sun loungers and shades are provided as part of the all-inclusive offer. There are also water sports activities available at this beach.

Für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Unfassbar nette Mitarbeiter, Essen war auch gut, am besten hat uns die Strandbar gefallen. Zimmer war auch gut, wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Hier wären nur auf der Terrasse ein paar Kleiderhaken super, damit man die Handtücher besser trocknen kann. Aber das ist wirklich eine Kleinigkeit. Ansonsten können wir das Hotel als Familie absolut weiterempfehlen

Ble veldig skuffet over dette hotellet, forventet mer fra et hotell med fire stjerner. Det vi ble aller mest skuffet over var maten, dårlig kvalitet og lite smak. Lite variert var det også, følte vi spiste det samme til alle måltider. Rommene var også ekstremt lytt, vi kunne høre ordrett hva naboene våre snakket om på rommet ved siden av oss. Hotellet bærer også preg at mye barn og støy, ikke hotellets feil, men syntes ikke det passet for oss som reiste som par. Det var slitsomt å ligge ved bassengområdet, veldig høy musikk, mye felles leker og mas fra ansatte om å være med. Det positive var at hoteller og området i seg selv er fint, ligger i høyden med fin utsikt. Det var rent og grei standard på rommene. Ville ikke valgt dette hotellet eller området uten leiebil, lite å gjøre i området og veldig slitsom gåtur dersom man skal til stranden eller vil spise andre steder enn hoteller.

Personalet var fantastiske og gjorde sitt ytterste for at vi skulle trives. All ære til animation team med Samuel, Frederico og Christian i spissen som aktiviserte og skapte uforglemmelige minner for både store og små. Eneste minuset var maten i spisesalen.
