St. Constantin Beach Hotel and Spa

This is an awesome resort!

The staff were very friendly

Really lovely room and a good variety of pools, good range of food at the main buffet restaurant. Would not bother with the A La Carte though: whilst the starters were nice and unique, the meat main course was just leftovers from the buffet thrown together on a skewer (including chewy meat and half a burger patty...). Luckily there are loads of really nice bars and restaurants within 5mins walk away.

The staff make the stay at St. Constantine, every one of them from the bar to reception to the customer liaison all wonderful. Food and drink also really good, location was picturesque definitely recommend and will be returning. Thanks for a great stay.

Mix of staff , some amazing others less friendly . Poor air con in room!

Totally unsuitable for people like myself with mobility problems. A fascinating mixture of different apartment type "rooms". Most of ground floor rooms had a terrace that opened out onto public areas so not very private. Not much english food. Not many english visitors.Chips worst I have ever had. Staff very friendly efficient. Not many shops and bars within walking distance but there are bus stops close by. Visitors quite scattered so it was very quiet. Except if you were near the bar that had 2nd rate"entertainment every night" starting with kids adults til 11

This hotel is more like a motel or a 2-3 star hotel not 5 star. Everything is old, smells and dirty. Reception is old rooms are old, sewage overflowing when showering. All plates and spoons are stained with food and cups are chipped cracked and stained. The booking included transport to and from airport and Wi-Fi. But we had to pay extra for this. Wi-Fi doesn’t work, AC in rooms doesn’t work. Staff is tired grumpy and rude. All inclusive meals were so terrible we had to eat out everyday all meals cause we couldn’t eat the disgusting food they served in the dirty plates and dirty tables. The shower was broken , tiles had orange mold and sheets and towels were old had holes and stains on them. Everything was terrible and we hated every minute of this hotel stay. Only good this was animation team that went above and beyond to entertain guests. Playground and pools were a joke and the 5 stars is a lie. The beach was terrible and the area and building was a disaster. Nothing of what 5 star hotel should offer was available. No room service, no cleanliness and no service. Not even coffe in the rooms. Stay away from this hotel and the hotel should not be rated 5 stars. Not even 4!!!

Ok hotel, very poor all inclusive offer. Very small plastic glasses, queues. No social distancing. Beach front area could have been a lovely evening bar area but was only part used as an a la Carte. Had to pay for the safe and WiFi. Nice location but could be so much better.

Disappointed, no way near five star! The food was not great. There were no pool towels. There were no toiletries In Bathroom The all inclusive package was very limited and the cola light was like sugared water. You know as soon as you walk in it is not 5 star. The snack bar food is lying open and is cold. We stayed in new building and the room was lovely and big but the air conditioning never cooled the room it was way too hot to sleep. The beds were very comfortable. The shower cubicle is huge and looks nice, but there is only a hand held shower head. The whole place apart from new rooms looks in need of a makeover. We have stayed in many beautiful places in Crete but this is the worst.

Lovely place to stay. We had to change room 3 times as very over booked but this wasn't an issue. JO WAS FANTASTIC! All staff lovely. Food never ending and weather spot on. Thanks for having us x

We were pleasantly surprised with the room and amenities. We had s kitchenette that was absolutely critical with kids. We had a great stay.

Overall excellent! Super friendly staff! Beautiful buildings (it is a village) with landscaped gardens and very large and comfortable rooms! Nice playing yard for children! Highly recommended for families! Very pleasant relaxing experience in spa! BUT 1. Road to the beach, not the distance (it is just 100m), but the quality: bumpy, uneven, with no place for pedestrians... And cars coming all the time at high speeds! 2. Animation programme is very poor. 3. Very little fresh fruit and vegetables in the restaurant. Thank you for nice holiday!

Exceeded our expectations, great food, friendly staff, varied entertainment. A great experience for all the family, including our energetic 4-year-old.

We had a great time in st constantin. Friendly staff, very nice buffet, good bar, nice pools and good location. The hotel itself is almost a gated community so perfect if you have kids in the 5-12 year range. Nice local beach and a few mini markets where you can buy the few things not included in the hotel. Five stars, well five charter hotel stars maybe but when compared to a five star hotel in Dubai or the Caribbean then no ! Nice enough room with balcony and spacious but the beds were rock hard. Overall high points

Excellent séjour au st constantin en chambre familiale private pool... Personnel accueillant et bienveillant structure propre .Ambiance parfaite pour une famille.

Freundliches Personal, großes und sauberes Zimmer, Bett war sehr bequem. Leider waren die Gäste im Nebenzimmer sehr laut und haben sich über meinen Balkon lautstark unterhalten. Essen war nicht lecker. Gegend ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

The staff was very friendly and Kind. The food was very good and dinner/ lunch menu changed daily so you never had the same. The beach is just a few meters away from the hotel (2 minute walk ) I defenetly recommend this hotel ☺️
