Great, modern family-run property in fantastic central location. The booked taxi connected us to the properties cool golf-buggy which takes baggage to the hotel in minutes and was waiting for us on arrival.
The management have made the rooms quiet by adding double-double glazing (never seen that before!) and we slept well in the 2 booked rooms (112 and 110).
Rooms were stylish and well equipped with good air-con making the rooms comfortable and were cleaned and tidied every day.
Friendly staff, with special thanks to the lovely Olena and Pollina for a great breakfast service. The included and varied breakfasts had lots of choice (except for cereal - only one choice? :) ) and the staff were able to tweak the contents when asked.
Constructive comments:
1. The shower should have some form of 'anti-slip' floor as it has the same high-gloss tiles as the rest of the property which made it treacherous.
2. The addition of a grab rail in the shower for older guests would help I feel.
3. The in-room safe was not fixed to anything- which was concerning as passports and money was inside and hence could be just lifted by someone.
Overall, a great stay and we would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay here.

The room was very smaller than I anticipated, so double check the size with their website.
The junior room is cramped for 2 people. If you get the bigger room it’s fine.
Also, I would recommend the hotel to improve the entry door security (closing properly every time and secure passcode).
The noise coming from the open air rock bar could barely be heard with windows closed and we were light sleepers.
Other than that the staff very extraordinarily kind and welcoming at every interaction. Their free breakfast is top-notch and the staff lavished us. Their superior hospitality sets them apart for me.

This was a gem in the old town of Rhodes. It was a 3 minute walk from the town square and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Despite being surrounded by ancient ruins, the hotel was very modern and comfortable. The staff were always happy and accommodating.

Amazing selection of hot and cold options for breakfast. Food was great quality and well presented. Wine tasting and accompanying food was amazing. Rooms were lovely, big and great shower. Tea and coffee machine in rooms with fridge a great addition. Staff all amazing and really helpful. Brilliant stay and will definitely visit again.

The Wine hotel went above and beyond in every way. The location is perfect for the old town. You can't access by car, but if you contact the hotel they will come pick you up from the entrance to the old town in a golf buggy and bring you and your luggage right to the hotel.
Every morning the breakfast was excellent, the room was cleaned every day (unless we requested not to), the staff were always available to help and did everything they could to make our stay easier. They even helped find us a rental car from a local company and organised to for us.
We couldn't be happier with our choice to stay here. They even have a little gym.
If and when we come back we will stay here again
