The room was very clean. All the staff were very polite, helpful and was very willing to accommodate my special needs.

The room was excellent; the staff wonderful; and the overall experience well worth it. I highly recommend them.

The staff is lovely. The BBC Beach is extraordinary. So peaceful with easy to reach dining options, too.

Grenada is beautiful.This hotel…not so much! This is easily the worst hotel/“resort” I have ever stayed in. I have been to at least 15 countries and 8 Caribbean islands. Let’s start w the fact that the pic on the web is fiction. If this place ever looked like that I can assure you it does not now. Our beds had dirty linen. There were mismatched lamps w dirty lampshades throughout the room. Not one of them a had a bulb more than 40 watts. With every light on in the room I could not see to read before bed because of the lack of light. Also there was NO HOT WATER in the bathroom. No hot water at a beach resort/hotel is unacceptable by any standards.When we asked the hotel management to address the lack of even warm water they sent a man to repair it who ran his hand under the lukewarm at best  water and attempted to gaslight us by repeating over and over that the water was hot. There are cats all over the property and they literally lounge freely outside of the rooms, at the beach bar and on the beach itself. My sister had an allergic reaction due to the cat dander being tracked into the room & the management denied the cats’ existence altogether. More gaslighting of course, so that we couldn’t switch hotels. The door to the room couldn't close completely. They also had the worst food.I ordered a simple jerk chicken wrap and it arrived charred black & burnt on one side! When I complained because I could not eat it, they deducted the tax! This hotel is substandard & unacceptable.

The beach,amazingly beautiful. The warmth and friendiness of the people. The delicious meals that can be obtain at the front restaurant on the beach. Gems.

Super relaxed place to enjoy the beach

Being right on the beach was great.

Depending which cruise ships were in, the parking lot was swarming with buses full of tourists. They stormed the grounds and took over the place, grabbing all the chaise lounges, then the chairs from the pool. It totally ruined the serenity that I was led to believe I was going to get. One day, the resort rented out the grounds for a birthday party. Screaming kids took over the whole pool. On Sundays, anyone who wants to can pay admission and use the whole place. The Rhum Runner party boat dumps all its passengers on the beach. One day, fishermen came ashore with all their nets, leaving behind hundreds of dead fish in the water. The room was clean but dated. The balcony had a great view of the beach. The grounds were meticulously maintained. The beach was beautiful. The pool had a swim-up bar. But there was no microwave, coffee pot, suitcase rack, tissues or hair dryer. Only a kettle. There was no floral arrangement in my room as advertised. I never knew whether my shower was going to be the polar plunge or molten lava. It changed daily. We lost water and electricity twice, and for hours at a time. The ceiling fan didn’t work. Nor did the outlet in the bathroom. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed. The balcony chairs were hard wooden slats. Most of the chaise lounges were broken or missing pieces. The restaurant was not open for dinner. There was a barbecue on the beach, but the food was cold. We had to use water shoes because the beach was full of stones.

The property was on rhe beach. This was so nice. I also liked that they made the beds everyday and changed the towels. The breakfast we had was good as well. The coffee quality needs improvement. The light fixtures in the room are ugly and the lighting is poor. Blue color on the wall needs changing.

A delightful hotel, wonderful staff and superb location

Staff accommodating, knowledgeable & ensured we (my husband & 2 children) were comfortable the entire stay very kid-friendly....BBC beach right at your door...but you need to hire a taxi to go anywhere as the property's location is not walking distance from Grand Anse beach or Spiceland mall, 40EC by hired minibus
