Room is basic, but there is a large kitchen if you want to cook a meal or need a refrigerator. Very convenient location and very pretty property with lovely courtyard and roof patio. Staff was very nice and helpful. We had a lovely stay for a very good value.

I feel safe in that place and then the very good people. And then it’s very convenient to the central, and very quiet and very economic. And clean.

The staff was super friendly and had great wifi, the common areas with kitchen and patio views were nice and laundry service was very convenient I only have one negative thing to say that the bed were really hard by the second night my back was hurting but other than that it’s little nice hotel and inexpensive and great location

Great location, nice staff, clean room, comfy bed. Inconsistent hot water, and my 3rd fl room(of which there are only 2) had Inconsistent water pressure. (You might wait a minute before finishing rinsing). My window was missing one pane of glass (no bugs or cold weather though.) Really nice shared areas (incl kitchen).

Enjoyed my stay here. The staff were helpful and friendly and my room was good. It was also close to the main square, restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket. Not sure if they had a problem that night/day, but I could only get cold water. I put up with it for the one night stay, but would have complained/left if I was staying any longer.

Terrible experience for the high rate they charged me. The room did not have any towels and when I requested I was only given 3. It was total 5 people staying so we had to share. Had a hard time getting hot water to work. The tv did not work. Room is old and outdated. The shower was dripping the entire stay which was annoying.

My room had mold and mildrew growth above one bed and on the side of the other bed on the wall. The bathroom was covered in it. There was no circulation of air despite there being a cieling fan. I informed staff about it and I was told that all i could do was contact the corporate office. I did so and they were not any help. They responded late with an email inforning me that my concerns had been forwarded to another department.
