I was disappointed with my experience. I paid for a room with two queen beds, but we were placed in a room with one king bed instead. The front desk said the reservation only showed one adult, though I’m not sure if the app asked for that information or not, either way, the booking clearly stated two queen beds. They tried to resolve the issue by bringing in a rollaway bed, but that wasn’t what I paid for 😒

My wife and I were lounging at the pool and my wife caught some guy behind a tree snapping photos of her. He ran and hid inside the bathroom and locked the door. I was banging on the door, then told an employee what happened using google translate. The employee said he would take care of it, then we heard NOTHING else about it and no one bothered to contact us. Made my wife and I feel so good n safe and gross.
