Poor communication within coming visitors. It a French country but as a business, you expect them to have someone who can communicate with English speaking guests. Do not use online sites or agents to book this hotel, when you arrive, they will still ask you to pay cash stating that they do not work with any online agent like hotels.com or Expedia. Drinking water is salt water so when they asked you if u want tea or coffee, tell them you do not drink salt water. The entire country communication and customer services are poor

I have paid accommodation fee for 2 nights in advance but when I checked-in, they told me that my booking was invalid because they had terminated contract with Expedia 2 month ago! I have strongly complained and explained to them that it should not be because I had made booking just a week before arrival and accommodation fee had already been deducted from my credit card, but they have insisted that they had no booking and i would need to pay now by cash if i would like to stay. My arrival was around 19:00 and I had nowhere to go, so I had to pay extra accommodation fee to them. I have already raised this issue to Expedia. I don’t understand why this hotel is still on Expedia. Staff, facility, room, all of them are unbelievably poor.
