Constellation Hotel

The front personnel desk at the hotel were very nice and easy to communicate. Very large and clean place to enjoy your stay. My room looked excellent and well organized. I will refer this hotel to anyone that travel to Haiti that needs a safe place to spend sometimes especially close to the airport. I have nothing negative about this place.

Lots of mosquitoes and no breakfast, very dirty rooms and all rooms are on the street. Impossible to sleep because a 24/24 non stop traffic with terrible noise. Only at the reception the receptionist is friendly.

There are place outside your room to just hangout. The pool wasn’t available yet but it’s soon to come.. staff was great, they was constantly maintaining the cleaning around. Just need small renovations in room which currently being done. But I will def stay there again

honestly I haven’t seen so many places like that in Haiti. My experience was extremely awesome. You know it’s not the best place compatibly with USA , United Kingdom etc but for haiti it’s excellent. The people at front fest tried extremely hard to catch my attention. The room attendants were fantastic in every area. Good news is that they have been around the clock in a giant pool construction for now. The dining area is a never seen it’s just fabulous. I can’t imagine after they have done with all touch up construction how beautiful this place will.👍🌈💝

This place looks nice in the internet but in reality it's not. This place was Very hot ,the water was salty they cut off the water and electricity so many times. The breakfast was awful .I will no go back to this place .got a bad experience with this place I am sure im not the only one .

We enjoyed our stay! The customer service was excellent. We felt we were well received by all staff members. Also, the food from the restaurant was excellent! The resceptionists were friendly and very helpful. We spent a great moment in one of the most beautiful hotels in Haiti and hope to return soon!

No water in the bathroom, when I want take shower I have to go to the fondest let them know I want take shower they send water for a short time and short it off again

Beautiful entrance, nice patio Staff is young, friendly and professional Restaurant and bar are nice Food is good. Make sure to go up one flight to enjoy the street sceneries from the patio Sometimes, they shot down the water and electricity, but once you bring it to their attention, they act promptly.

The entrance of the property is absolutely gorgeous with nice water fountain and nice plants. The lounge area is a bit small, the reception/front needs to be enhanced with a little touch of elegance and decorating. On the second floor there is is a beautiful patio and an open room for events and functions. From there one can enjoy the busy street sceneries. Restaurant/bar is very nice and cozy. The personnel is super friendly, young, and professional. They are also very engaging and quick to give me anything I want. Customer service is the best I have ever enjoyed in Haiti and I hope they keep it up. What needs attention is the water and electricity that are sometimes shot down, but once you bring to their attention they act promptly.
