We had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious enough for two. The view is wonderful, even though we expected more.. but it was good enough. The room is clean, tidy. The bed was comfortable. And it's near to the north point station. Which is great. Oh and we asked the front desk to book a cab for us to go to the airport the next morning at 6 am. And they handled it. We just went out the following morning and found our cab was ready. Thank you for the service.

This space accommodates me pretty well and good. The staffs are nice. The amenities are completely great. The facilities are awesome. the view of the room is magical. Everything is well done, excellent and perfection.

We loved loved loved this hotel, great location felt really safe and convenient. The hotel was beautiful and big and the view topped it all off. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town. Oh and their cafe was delicious pastries! The buy serving is was so nice loved him

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour in June 2025 and have no complaints. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The view was spectacular. The bathroom was a bit cramped but the rain shower felt great. They also provide robes which we appreciated when visiting their infinity pool. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is not the greatest - a bit far but the MTR is located very conveniently. There's a wet market and it's nice to see the locals going about their everyday lives. Overall highly recommend this hotel!

Very comfortable room. Pool was beautiful but mobbed with selfie-takers and posers. Adjacent gym was good, and never crowded during my stay. Didn't try the breakfast - it was expensive compared to all the offerings outside the hotel.
Area is amazing!!! Everything you need just outside the door; lots of places to eat and buy things; transport to anywhere in HK. Right on the waterfront walk, and even some parks near by.
Only compliant is the layout is rather confusing. There is a main entrance on the ground floor, reception on the first floor, and two residential towers. But it is all integrated with a mall, so there are many ways to get in. There are a lot of employees lurking around to point you in the right direction, which can be kind of disconcerting when some "stranger" comes up to you.
Another complaint is that on arrival they said they charged my credit card 3000HKD for incidental expenses, and said that it might take weeks to get it back. That's b.s.! (Actually, it turned out ok.)
