I chose this hotel because it is easy to go to Disneyland and easy to go to HK international airport. The price is affordable and the location is strategic, mall and supermarket downstairs, good food and restaurant around the hotel. Recommended!

Good hotel, nice ambience, friendly staff, I stayed at executive club room, although the room a bit dated but it was clean and comfortable.. The location is very strategic and there are many shopping area and supermarket around this hotel..for me the breakfast was good but less variety.. Coz I had privilege to access the lounge I tried so many food there and it was great😍

Clean room, quite spacious for Hongkong standard, good wifi. Lots of eateries nearby. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, I'd definitely stay here when I go to Hongkong again!

Close to the mtr station. Kevin (i think was his name) help us in our room, because we booked for 2 rooms but we didn’t know that they only have that room type one per floor. So he arranged us for a family suite with no extra charges. Thank you!

I would never stay here again! Hallway going to your room smells like cigarette and moldy carpet. Room carpet was stain, sofa was so dirty we didnt even dare sit in it, kitchen dirty, restroom looks like a public restroom , gross and nasty. Photo that they post ate deceiving. I wouldnt even stay here if it was for free. I hsve no clue who would rate this place a 6-8... they should call this a motel and not a hotel.

The hotel was very busy, it seems like a tour group hotel for families going to HK Disneyland. Lobby on 3rd floor, lots of good food restaurants in Lobby, 2nd and 1sr floor, groceries store in Basement…..Nice restaurant on 30th floor with a view.

I like the surroundings easy access to anywhere special the transportation to or from the airports . The the hotel also provides shuttle service to the underground train. Don't like the bathroom n closets not bug enough, carpet is old , need renovations.

Very dated place. Have to run dehumidifier constantly. Strong damp smells in the hallways. Bathtub was cracked. Mould under rubber bath mat that was provided (before we even used it). But they did with what they could. Outside of the bathroom it was decent enough for the price. Size of rooms were very good. Could open up both suitcases on the floor comfortably. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Allison was the MVP of our trip! Since we had a family room, one side of the room didn’t have good WiFi reception, signals dropped often. I talked to Allison at front desk, she immediately followed up for me and after putting a extender the signal was much better. Overall the hotel staffs including pool staffs were very courteous and friendly. I also appreciate the dehumidifier in the room - make the stay more pleasant in this weather. I understand it’s an older hotel so the room isn’t in the greatest condition but we overall had a comfortable stay.

Loved my stay in panda hotel. Easy access to shops and to the MTR without having to walk on the streets as it is attached with the over head bridge. Shops in the panda plaza was very worthwhile to visit. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Domestics are very kind and leave the place spotless and topped up. Thank you for a lovely stay. Defo will recommend and stay again in future.

Bus 31A is right in front of the hotel making it easy for international travellers.
However, the local Tseng Wan MTR is far away from the hotel. The hotel shuttle bus does not start after the mid day is very unhelpful.
