Great hotel for it's price. Perfect for budget travellers. Location is very near the train station and places of interest. Pros: Good location Cheap Comfortable Night and day bus to the airport is just across the road From what i notice, there are Halal food at a nearby building and also mosque nearby (for Muslim travellers) Staff at reception speaks English, so it's not difficult to communicate. They are also friendly. Air con works well, a plus point because it was super hot when i visited HK Cons: Need to fill up a visitor paper if you return to the hotel after 12am as the hotel is located in a residential building. (this is more of the cons of the building, not the hotel itself) There is no fridge but it's not a big problem as there is a 7-11 on the ground floor, so getting yourself a cold drink is not an issue. Overall: Would recommend it to other travellers on a budget. It was up to expectations for the price i pay.

Becareful if you booked for standard room, because no bathroom in the room. So we must pay again for getting deluxe room, so that we can get bathroom in the room. Rooms are not tidied everyday, just throwing garbage.

Compare to the previous hotel we booked, we won't recommend this hotel for staying, and would rate this 1 star, oh by the way we got room no. 13502... and the reasons are: - Bed bugs. We had bites in our legs and arms. - Room in poor condition, no window but at least it had aircon, Noises Guest because the wall is thin. - They are not allowed us to store out luggage before the check in time available, the reasons is there's no space available for it. - There were no towels & toothbrush provided in the rooms. Towels had to be rented, and no Microwave.

The place is good for tourist, it is located near the mrt. It is very accesible and easy to locate. The receptionist is welcoming and easy to talk to. Highly recommended 👍

One of the staff (like old grandma) was so rude and killer. When I ask why the air conditioner can't be switched on, she angrily come to the room (receptionist is from 13th floor, my room is on 3th floor) and explain that I forget to click the AC panel. Of course I don't know, because the panel doesn't have any sign on it. When I check in, there is no staff coming here together with me to explain anything about the room. Plus, you have to pay 500HKD as deposit, which the other hostel usually don't take. There is no towel, no shampoo, no soap. But the most unsatisfying thing is that the staff attitude was so bad that I won't stay here later on my next trip.

Unhappy experience served by Mr. Lee on check-in counter(rude and arrogant). The mattress got bedbugs “6 itchy bite mark on my legs”(I can provide photo if needed). Tv not functioning. Up and down long Q for the lift.

Very difficult, find this inn. Check in is also difficult because of the different floors. The rooms are cramped but ok. The actual location is strategic, close where you want to go. To the station just stay out of the building. Eat near restaurants and sevel. Shopping near bonjour, sasa, innisfree and others.

The location was good but the room itself was dirty and old and the lady cleaner would say that the room and sheets were clean when in fact it's not.. it has stains and it was dusty. the cr also is too small and smells really bad. i will never go back to this hotel again, not really a good experience.

we arrived along with some other guests, but the check in time was still fast. we were offered an upgrade for window and 2 rooms next to each other, and we were happy that they offered the option.
