Good location for public transportation and dining. The room is clean.

Wifi is surprisingly weak.

The Cordis in Mong Kok is always my first point of call when going to Hong Kong, its friendly staff, convenience and facilities make this my favourite hotel to stay in. The close proximity to a range of shops for all budget, the famous ladies market and the MTR are all reasons why I just love it here. I would highly recommend.

I always come back for my business trips.

average good but room not clean. There are hairs near the shower facilities and disposable items.

Room was comfortable and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast spread was good too. Overall a good stay.

The place is hard to find , hide in all big buildings

Really convenient location, hotel manager gave us a room on a high floor with a great view. Lovely housekeeping staff with all the right touches. Decided to extend my stay for the rest of my trip. 5 stars!!

I went for a four-week trip covering Vancouver, Beijing, Hong Kong and Foshan, staying in comparable hotels in all cities. I would rate Cordis, Kowloon, Hong Kong the best. It is situated at the heart of Kowloon with easy access to the busiest district and subway. Overall, it has a fresh and modern appearance. It was very well maintained. The room has sufficient square footage to provide a comfortable stay. Swimming first thing in the morning at 7am is my priority. I must compliment its entire team (lifeguards and keepers) for maintaining the pool in excellent condition every single day. Located outdoor on the top floor (42/F), it provides a great view of the city. The water temperature was well-kept at a comfortable level that allowed leisure swimming for those on vacation. At the same time, I was able to do enough exercise in order to get myself energized for the rest of the day. The gym was located on the 41/F with large windows overseeing the busy city, although I did not use this facility. In the B2 level, they provided a kiosk with desktop computer, printer, etc. I deeply appreciate the availability of this setup, although having just one more computer would be preferred. I was not motivated to bring a heavy laptop for my personal vacation. (Business trip would be a different story.) This kiosk allows me to quickly take care of matters, like check e-mails, print a boarding pass, etc. Cordis will definitely be the hotel to stay in my next trip to Hong Kong.

Really nice hotel experience. We had 4 young children with us but the pool and amenities were very accommodating. Cleaning staff was amazing! We experienced the hot water not working and a blind that wouldn’t close but we called the main desk and both were fixed within minutes! 10/10 would recommend.

Locations

Great hotel in nearly all respects, but with one serious problem: the breakfast buffet is managed in a very inefficient manner. There is plenty of staff idling around but a single worker takes your room number and makes everyone wait in a long line. There is no reason why all the other wait staff couldn't seat people and just ask for their room number upon seating them. Waiting in such a long line at breakfast strikes me as completely unacceptable and unnecessary. Besides this one problem, the hotel is excellent. The sauna/steam/gym/pool is especially great.
