Had a very pleasant experience stay in this hotel, all hotel staffs are very nice, friendly & helpful. The room is very clean, bed very comfy. Location is perfect near to many food resto, mtr, shops. Will definitely stay again when having trip to HK.

The location is really good, it's a very vibrant and active area with lots of restaurants and so forth. The room is clean and modern. My only concern is the same problem everywhere - prices in Hong Kong are just really high

It was a good hotel, offering room only basis which was what I wanted. It was clean and tidy although the initial room I booked was smaller than expected

Excellent location. Right in the middle of everything. The room is larger than thought with two closets and huge working table. I was there before noon and was able to check in right away. It was only 300 metres to MTR and two minutes walk to K11. My room 1105 the heater not working though, turned it on and got cold air. They do not fix the bed but do change towels daily.

One of the worst DASH properties I’ve ever stayed at. Firstly, the water temperature of the shower was erratic - having a 10-minute shower could take you from scorching hot to ice cold in a matter of seconds. Secondly, the bathroom, especially the shower, was very poorly maintained, with lots of mould along the edges. Furthermore, the room's air-conditioning/heating/ventilation unit malfunctioned throughout my stay. For instance, the heating function produced a lower temperature than the cooling function. Lastly, and most importantly, I received a fraudulent message upon booking the hotel, which I reported to the hotel. Hotel management said they would get back to me about what happened, but there has been no follow-up or further correspondence. Overall, a terrible experience with this hotel. Would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it.

The worst "hotel" that we have ever stayed in Hong Kong. Located in a rough and noisy part of TST, the windows are single glazed and provide no sound insulation from the busy street below. We were kept awake by racing drivers revving car engines and horns late into the night and noise from within the property. The lifts, lobby and public areas are rundown with dirty flooring. Despite requesting daily change of towels at check in, this was missed throughout our stay. Luggage is stored in the tiny lobby secured with only an elastic band. With reception staff dressed very casually in shorts/hoodies and the lack of customer service and facilities, it would be more accurate to categorise this place as a hostel rather than a "4 star hotel."

I write this reluctantly because I like this property and all of the rooms I've stayed in until now are great. I usually stay in what they now call Premium Queen. Spacious room big window to city etc, Fell for the description on your web site that there was apparently an upgrade from that. Premier King. What a mistake, Says city view. The view is to plumbing behind the hotel and small alleyway, Says the room is larger. Only the bed is larger the useable space is significantly smaller. But the main thing is it's just weird compared to the nice rooms I've stayed in before. And the room is on the third floor which is the staging area for housekeeping, That would be ok if the hallway carpet were not so stained it again begs the description of Premium to anything on that floor
