Walking to and from this property is a bit of a nightmare. You need learn a very specific route otherwise you will get lost in a jumble of buildings and walkways that are very confusing to navigate.

Came HongKong to watch Twins concert at the coliseum and boy, this hotel is a stone throw away from the concert hall. Super convenient and also a stone throw away from the MTR. Will be my first choice in the future if I’m coming for another concert. Front desk staffs are pretty friendly and can converse well in English and mandarin too.

I was locked inside the room as their door lock was malfunction after I put on the door knob latch at night. Call housekeeping but they also could not open the knob. I had to wait till they called another guy for assistance. I think the hotel knew there was a problem as when I checked in late around 8pm, a guy came to the door to see if my room card worked or not. Anyway, this incident made me not too satisfied especially the morning I had an appointment to go to.

I had good experience staff of the hotel are very helpful. They upgrade my room and it was big with the separate kitchen and living room. Only one drawback is that thy must start buffet breakfast as there are very limited items in the breafast.

This group hotel is too disappointing. I'm Aug 21, 21 check in. At that time room number is 990. The room is big. (I don't want big prefer comfort). Because I want to try a day to see how comfortable it is and then transfer to a long-term monthly rent. But completely disappointed. First, the plug were found for dozens of minutes. Located the top of the kitchen sink (only one plug, nowhere). The hot water cooker power line is not long enough. Very ridiculous. The bathroom door position design is a gap, the water permeates the ground. And there is no hair dryer in wash room. Smell bad in the room. The curtain was fell off. The hardness of the bed is like sleeping on a table. Furniture just like antique. Scare to touch, it seems very dirty. The TV is too small and the position is too far away. It's really test my eye vision. I wanted to change the room but just want to leave quickly instead. Like a haunted house. Front desk staffs need to provide more training. Never think about this group of the hotel and come again.
