Limited choice for breakfast

staff is friendly, places nice and convenient.

Excellent location, but not like other hotels, they don't have breakfast buffet, they only provide 4 sets of breakfast. Portion is small. 1st night bedsheet and pillow case is smelly. It's okay after changed. We booked and paid for our hotel room last year, front desk asked to pay back new government tax which implemented from this year that I think is unacceptable.

Very old property. Towels were no longer white and bedsheet had holes. Rarely make complains but could not stand dirty and old bedsheets and towels. Location great but would not stay again.

location is convenient but room condition is quite aged. And the room & ac has smoking smell even staying at high floor nonsmoking level. staff are helpful trying to assist but not much they can do.

For the most part I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn. It was in a very convenient location just off the A exit of the MTR in Causeway Bay. Check-in was easy and Vivian was a great help. Staff were kind and I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The cons of my stay mostly stem from cleanliness. I noticed that after the first few days not all of my towels were being changed or replaced which was fine for the most part but a bit strange as they had been at the beginning of the stay. My biggest gripe was the bedding was never changed despite some visible soiling/stains? Worst of all, I’m suspecting that I actually contracted some bedbug bites from my stay here that is really alarming to me. Overall, I’d consider staying here again if there were significant improvements to cleanliness and upkeep.

Excellent location right next to subway station off a narrow side street. Safe area. Reception staff professional and efficient. Room is reasonably sized though I did pay a bit more for a larger room. Room is tired looking in need of some renovation. Reasonably clean. Wifi is good. Included breakfast gave a choice of four set meals, passable, but on the small side as far as portions go. As a result I ate in one morning and forfeited the offer for the rest of my 12 day stay.

Well design, efficient rooms, all needed is well distributed. Would like bigger TV and acces to more english speaking channels, but it is better yhan in China. Good b-fast service and courteous staf with good english

Holiday Inn Express Causeway Bay, Hong Kong is a conveniently located hotel, very close to plenty of good restaurants and shopping options. We were warmly greeted by a lovely and efficient receptionist, Vivian, at check-in. The room was a good size and very clean, and housekeeping was efficient and thorough. However, we were disappointed with the breakfast experience. The staff seemed rushed and often engaged in loud, personal conversations, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. I couldn't help but feel that the restaurant felt more like a staff room than a place to enjoy and relax. The food was lukewarm.

room was mouldy and felt damp. air-conditioning was faulty - the room was persistently humid. shower stall had mould growing and the flooring was peeling overall the room was clean with daily housekeeping, but was in dire need of refurbishment

Perfect location for restaurants, shopping, MTR

The location was good, next to causeway bay metro and time square shopping mall. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. The room was clean, breakfast was very basic set menu of a hot beverage and croissant or egg Benedict. Overall, a decent option for a budget hotel.
