Jas Guest House

The room is way better than what I expected. It's clean and enough space for 2 people. Make sure to tell the receptionist earlier if you want to do late check-in. In my experience, I have to wait like 10 mins rang the bells to wake up the receptionist lady since it's already 3AM.

Even though, it’s just a hostel, I must say total experience was not really satisfying. Starting with messy room booking, the lady on reception did not receive our booking from her. Manager so we must wait another one and half hour (means up to 4.00 PM), the room was so tiny with less than 2 sqm bath room, there was previous guest that opened my door at night (they had the room key but not aware that actually, they had been moved by reception to another room), small cockroach under bed, no room cleaning, no hot water and the door was so difficult to be locked. The good thing was the location was very close to bus stop, MTR station, Kowloon mosque and shopping area and also wifi and water dispenser were available.

So far, the rooms are still ok, yes, for a budget hostel / guest house. Just the walls are not good enough patches. The reception is still okay, friendly. The TV is just that I don't watch it.

The rooms are clean and decent. Room's small area is understandable, but we still found it comfortable. The caretaker was very warm and hospitable, and there was an available drinking water for every guest. Regardless of the mess outside the mansion building, we'll definitely stay here again when we're back in HK.

Very nice place. The location is good. Safe and quiet. Good service. The staff are nice and very accommodating especially Ms Winnie. If you're not picky and you just need a good place to stay with a cheap price. I suggest this guest house.

Good stay. We checked in late because the caretaker wasn’t there, but it was fine with us. They are accommodating and warm to Filipinos! They also have large rooms, only problem to us is the WiFi is down. But all in all, a good stay.

This hostel was a great choice. Very near the MTR.. The front desk is very nice and friendly :)

Had a wonderful stay at Jas Guest House! Kitty was very accommodating and hospitable. Room was clean, though a bit small. Very accessible. All in all, I had a great stay! :)

as expected the room is quite small. what i like about it is that its clean no foul odor and cr is very clean. it is very near with mtr. maam cathy is welcoming and accommodating. worth every penny. 😊
