I booked a room for 2. The room was not cold enough because the aircon is not working well. The room was ok, except for the temperature although it was tolerable because the room had a fan. The following day, we were asked to moved to another room because they said that they were going to fix the aircon. They made it seem like it's a room upgrade but in reality it was worse than the first room except it was cooler. The bathroom was smaller without a lock and the heater was not working properly, there was no channel available on the tv, the TV was old, the lights we dimmer, and the room had no (bedroom/bathroom) slippers unlike the first room. They weren't able to provide the same services as the first room had which made it seem like it's not an upgrade. It was not a bad experience altogether, but make sure to check the room first before agreeing into having your room changed. The staff was helpful in fact, except for the fact that we could not request to have the same services as our previous room.
