The location is very strategic, right in front of the hotel there is bus stop, many restaurants around the hotel, rooms are very spacious and clean, atmosphere is very quiet and comfortable, absolutely love this hotel.

Very rarely can find room that has 4 single beds in HK nowadays. But overall facility is dated n old. Need renovation n refresh. I can tell it used to be a 5 stars hotel in the past, it has lots of facility, but need to be renovated to give it a fresh look.

This hotel is very old. Some upper floors rooms had been renewed but it’s still worn out and the rooms are very small with strongly smell of cigarette. The older rooms are bigger but very old and worn out, showers they still use old curtains and water will splash everywhere.The bar and restaurant are very expensive in this hotel. There’s only so much the reception staff’s can do..as this hotel is literally worn out. Also it was not cheap, had to pay £92 for a smelly cigarette small room. The MTR is 15 minutes walk away, very inconvenient as you have to catch a bus there or walk 15 mins. I will never stay in this hotel again.

相信開業至今幾拾年從未維修過。房間非常殘舊，特別是浴室。唯一是房間面積很大和交通方便，酒店隔離有食肆和超市，可步行至城市廣場等大 Mall 和火車站。

I booked this hotel because it is closest to hospital to visit my relative. I saw the photos and it looked decent. However, when I arrived it was totally different. First thing I spotted the white balloons as decoration on the ceiling in the lobby was so dirty and it appeared to be grey. When I got into the room, the toilet water was black and I already felt the place dirty. The temperature control looked like it was from 1972. There was a sign in the shower saying close the door when shower otherwise would trigger the alarm??? Some part of the carpet was out and some type of wire was totally exposed. I decided I couldn’t stay there and booked the nearby courtyard Marriott even though it was further away from the hospital. When I checked out, the same lady at the concierge knew I had booked 4 nights but didn’t even ask why I wanted to check out the same day. Talked to Expedia and still waiting for possible refund. First time in my life telling others don’t book a hotel, this one is the first.
