All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a man guarding the door who helped escort me to the bus stop. The room was clean and cleaned every day. The room was the same as the photo. Unlimited drinking water was taken outside the room. A dispenser was provided. In the lobby there was a vending machine. Selling snacks, food, drinks, and even shampoo and sanitary napkins were also available. The hotel is far from the crowd but has a free shuttle bus. So, we were taken to the Tsuen Wan MRT. There is a Taste supermarket there, I usually shop first before going back to the hotel. The duck there is very delicious. There is a microwave in the lobby. You can heat up food there. If you go to Hong Kong, you must come here. The room is big and very spacious.

Big room and clean with beautiful sea view, Staff are courteous, cheerful and friendly, Enough amenities for all of us. Quiet and peaceful environment. We will book this hotel again when visiting HK next time.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel. The one thing that I don’t like is staffs dont know how to speak in English. So hard to do sign language. It was very inconvenient. So difficult to communicate with the staff specially the utility or housekeeping. Charging station is not working. No shampoo and soap.
