Good sized room and bathroom. I had a window which didn't have any view except wall of next building. The breakfast had a good self and was being topped up regularly. Good position just on the edge of Pest centre. Good transport connections close by

Claustrophobic rooms with no windows. Had to climb over the bed to get into the bathroom. Quiet property. Insulated. The area is extremely sketch. If traveling alone, especially female, be careful. Be aware of your surroundings and avoid advances from strange people. I had a few experiences that could have ended badly. People in the area did not help. Yellow taxis are what Uber shows you. Do not get into the vehicle if the driver does not match the photo description! Sit in the front of the car. The hotel staff are oblivious and not helpful for anything. Do not rely on them.

Refreshing modern & tasteful decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms cool & comfortable, just a bit too small, but it’s Europe, so not surprising. Only negative is the lack of electrical outlets near a mirror. Overall, a good experience and addresses one’s needs. Plus: shoe cleaner in the lobby. Really liked that.

I liked this hotel. Well positioned in the city so it was easy to plan walking routes (I didn't use it but public transport is cheap). Restaurants, supermarkets and takeaways nearby (get your chimney cakes from Chimney Cake Zone!). Polite and helpful staff. Lots of choice at breakfast including hot items that changed daily. Only drawback was my room was downstairs next to the dining area. There was no noise at all, even at breakfast time, but it meant I had to close the curtains for privacy as my window looked straight onto a corridor. I had no outside window, although I doubt I would have had much of a view and probably traffic noise if I did. There is air conditioning and with some experimenting I found a comfortable setting. The room was comfortable and there was a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. I would stay here again.

The door lock of my room was broken do I qas feeling bit insecure at night, my bed was dirty however I did had room service everyday, the toilet was old and dirty, stepin shower door was damaged, room size was decent, they diffinetly need to change the mix drinking machine for breakfast, overall I liked the location of the hotel but they can do better.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Atrium, but our experience was severely marred by a serious sewage issue. The manager informed us that the hotel's drainage system pushes back Budapest's sewer smell into the bathrooms, exacerbated by a lack of ventilation in the toilets. Due to the overwhelming odor, we were forced to keep the bathroom door locked throughout the night, as no alternative rooms were available. The next morning, the housekeeping staff member who opened the door was nearly overcome by the smell. The hotel's attempt to mitigate the issue with chemical cleaning, multiple flushes, and air fresheners provided only temporary relief. Despite providing us with a freshener spray, the smell persisted. It wasn't until we requested a room change that the hotel accommodated us, as we were unable to sleep due to the unbearable odor. Unfortunately, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to its severe sewage issues. Our experience was undoubtedly the worst I've encountered in any hotel

Nice, spacious and clean room and in a very convenient location. Round the corner from the metro (2 stops to the Puskas stadium where we attended a concert), bus and tram and many sights walkable in under half an hour. There is also a Spar and Lidl within 5 minutes walk including places to eat nearby. Staff were always welcoming and friendly. Plenty of breakfast options of good standard and tables were continually cleared and cleaned. The bottle of water and air con were most welcomed during the hot weather. WIFI was always reliable and were able to store bags before departure

Very friendly staff. Building work in progress when we arrived which wasn't ideal, but quickly finished. Very small towels which were changed every day even when we hung them up - from a sustainability point of view, we were happy to reuse. Good breakfast, good location. Fulfilled our needs.
