Lovely hotel

The staff were always friendly. The location was perfect. The terrace on my room was an added bonus.The free minibar was a definite perk, but the bed/pillow situation left something to be desired. The bed was uneven and the pillows had no hold. My head felt like it got more support from the sheet than the pillow.

Room was clean, modern and comfortable. No tea/coffee making facilities but free drinks in mini bar on arrival. I arrived early and was able to check in straight away. Really great location close to St Stephen’s Basilica.

Everything was so easy

The hotel was in the perfect location. The staff were really nice & helped with anything needed.

I would recommend this hotel for a break in Budapest due to its central location. We were able to walk to the centre of Pest within 20 minutes and to the Szechenyi Baths within 30 mins.Plenty of bars and restauranrs nearby. The hotel itself was clean and had everything we wanted for our short break. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely and clean hotel, not too far from the town centre but not too close that you hear noise. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pillows in the room are very deflating though, literally!

Really clean and a great location

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Even having read the reviews before I left home in Scotland I could tell it was going to be a good hotel but even then, I was still blown away. Also, probably the comfiest beds I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. Only issue I had was when I checked in I was told that the rooms would be cleaned on request however coming back one day it was clear that someone had been in even though I never requested this, not the biggest of deals to be honest. I will be staying here again if I return to Budapest!

I absolutely recommend this hotel--the staff are very nice, and the facilities and clean, comfortable, and cozy. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Budapest!

Hotel is in a good location with quick access to downtown. Overall fairly comfortable and clean enough. Shower was very nice, big enough for a party. Lots of hot water. Only thing lacking was a table to set things on.

I will not recommend this hotel. My next door room was vigorously bang the wall at mid night and shouting. I requested to change the room. Unfortunately, the staff was ignored us. It's so disappointed about them to handle this situation. We felt anxiety while we were staying in the room at night.

It was a comfortable clean room. However, there was difficulty getting the temperature right. Tried having the window open but still found it too warm. The Duvets on the beds could do with having variable togs and some firmer pillows would be useful

This hotel is quiet and clean, yet so close to all the tourist attractions and shopping areas, which are all within walking distance.

£125 for a night gave me: - Messy room, the soap/shampoo bottles full of dust, hair on the bed, some rubbish under the table. I came so tired (18h of traveling) to the hotel to find out the receptionist is nowhere. Had to wait 5 minutes, but trust me, it’s annoying when you have few bags and you are after a long trip. I also forgot the charger head to my phone( my fault), not enough they had no charger but the receptionist couldn’t even recommend where to go and buy one(it was 8pm at evening). eventually i went to some corner shop where they directed me to the right place and i managed to buy one. Also, the room smelt very weird, kinda like a cheep male perfume, i had to open the windows. My room also was next to the staff cleaner room so it was loud at morning. I would not chose this hotel again,not for £125. there are plenty of better choices for cheaper price
