It was not clear on the booking that this is an Attic room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, always had to be alert not to hit our heads in the ceiling. Asked for an other room but it was all booked.

Nothing bad, just a typical three star place with a below average breakfast.

We stayed in apartment 209 nd the 2 radiators in the room were not working, only the radiator in the bathroom worked. Nevertheless, the air-conditioning supplemented the need, as it was quite cold outside. The microwave was ok, we found plates and basig cooking tools, but the fridge was so noisy that i had to unplug it to be ale to sleep. The sauna was all right, little not hot enough, but i have not attempted to change the temperature because it was fine. The swimming pool doesn't have warm water, not sure, maybe over 20 degrees, just that i didn’t feel "invited" to enter because of the temperature. Other people found it useful, especially after the sauna. However, the 2 are in separate areas, so one needs to walk through the main corridor to swap between these. The jakuzzi had nice warm water with coloured lights, but the air flows were not that powerful for a "massage-like" experience. Probably it would have compensate withthe massage, but we arrived too late to be able book any. Very large windows, that is a big big plus, the minus being the lack of windows in the bathroom, combined with a not functioning air extraction system (or maybe it was functional, but didn’t have enough power to refresh the bathroom after it being used. Very nice reception and breakfast staff Amazing food. Good bed, i slept very well in it. Very convenient location. I would warmly recommend this hotel for a decent (not luxury) experience. Thank you

Check in was quick and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. The food was good and reasonably priced. Parking was easy.

Lovely staff, free parking and amazing breakfast selection! Big selection in the mini bar and not too expensive to be honest. Highly recommended and would stay again!

The beds were bad, too soft and the pillows not comfortable! The attic room was small and you could not stand up straight in most of it! The breakfast was ok! It was clean and the parking was free! The pool was very small!

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was amazingly kind and helpful. Five stars for them alone! Our room was spacious, nicely decorated and clean (superior apt.) We felt very comfortable. The beds were very good. There was a fitness room (the elliptical was super loud—(maybe it needs to be oiled?) But it was sufficient. The pool and jacuzzi area looked very clean and nice. Unfortunately I had forgotten our suits so we weren’t able to try it out. The massage was excellent. The masseuse was very knowledgeable and hit all my spots perfectly. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety and the fresh squeezed orange juice was a plus. There was a shopping mall 130 m away which was convenient. About 9 minute drive to the city center, where we enjoyed fine dining. The area itself wasn’t beautiful but the other pros outweighed this factor. Would definitely recommend.

Hyvä, rauhallinen hotelli vähän syrjässä keskustasta. Aamupala riittävä, vaihteluakin oli. Lämpimät, mm makkarat eivät olleet lämpimiä ja kylmä makkara taas "hikisteli" ja oli lämmin.

The mattress was too saggy. The kettle was leaking (dangerous), the toilet fan didn't work, and the air conditioning was almost non-functional (room 219). The hotel doesn't have a restaurant at all! The swimming pool and whirlpool are available for a maximum of four people at limited times. If four people occupy it for hours, there's no chance of using it.
