Excellent accommodations, location, and staff. Ezsther gave us recommendations for a nearby restaurant, night life with train directions, and a post it note with food and drinks to try. The entire staff seemed eager to show off their city and culture. Very helpful! The hotel is super close to a metro station, a 25-minute walk from Buda Castle, and a 12-minute walk from Fisherman’s Bastion. Breakfast was great too!

I really enjoyed that this was a short walk to the metro station to get us to downtown Budapest. The buffet was the best buffet I've had during this trip through many countries, and had a wide variety of options. The staff was very gracious. The room was comfortable, and I would definitely stay there again. One thing to keep in mind is the temperature gauge is either set to heat or cool based on the time of year so we wound up switching the heat off and opening up the window just to get the room a little colder because we didn't know that and we had the cold set to high but it was actually the heat set to high.
