Property breakfast venue needs renovations (old) and food needs an upgrade for the price you pay to eat there (32E per head + 15% service charge). The hotel porters was not attentive or we had just missed him. We had take our luggage out of our our uber taxi and wheel our large luggages in ourselves. Other than that, the location of the hotel is central to everything. 10min walk in each direction to get to the bridge, opera house, 5min to St Stephen's Cathedral and fine dining.

The hotel was lovely. Staff were friendly. The room was large. The bed a bit too firm but they put a topper on it and it was better. The only complaint was the set up in the shower. Shower area was very small and the door opened outward so you could put a mat at the door and the water came out from under the door and it was a bit dangerous if you didn't watch your step. Otherwise a lovely hotel.

This was an exceptional hotel. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Everyone is very kind and the breakfast is amongst the best I have ever had. The SPA is also a nice one with 2 saunas and 1 steam room. There is also a swimming pool.
