Very lovely and accommodating staff. The hotel is well decorated, clean, smells good, great music played in the restaurant, and bedrooms perfect. Only negative comment is the heating. Was too hot for my liking. Tired to turn down the AC and it was broken. It’s hard sleeping on 27 degree bedrooms. Had to sleep with the door open

Beautiful property, large comfortable rooms. This is an adults only property with a lot of rules (don’t wear shoes by the pool, I had to cover them with plastic, etc). Staff seemed friendly, there was a very rude guest who bothered me I still don’t know why. Staff were concerned but didn’t witness so didn’t do anything. It was an anomaly otherwise beautiful property.
